​​StarkWare has delayed the first unlocks of its native StarkNet (STRK) token to April 2024. The new unlock date has been pushed to Apr. 15, 2024, from the previously scheduled date of Nov. 29, 2023, according to a transaction in one of the StarkWare token locking mechanism contracts carried out on Sunday, Etherscan shows.

Grayscale has won their lawsuit against the SEC regarding their Bitcoin spot ETF. The U.S. District of Columbia Court of Appeals ruled that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has wrongly rejected an application from crypto asset manager Grayscale Investments to list an exchange-traded fund that tracks the price of bitcoin.
