The circulating supply inflation varies and can be positive (inflationary) or negative (deflationary) depending on staker class behavior. For example, the supply inflation was 1.62% in 2021, and 1.2% in 2022.
(Not to be confused with total shares inflation, which are long term deflationary due to the increasing share price.)
