फिर तुम भी अकेलेपन के शिकार हो
व्यक्ति तीन स्तरों में अकेलेपन से गुजरता है
पहले लेवल में वो सामाजिक रूप से अकेला होता है उसके आस पास लोग तो होते हैं पर वो किसी से बात नहीं करता वो बाहर नहीं जाता
लोगों से नहीं मिलता
दूसरे स्तर में उसके दोस्त भी नहीं होते जिससे वो बात कर सके और मन को हल्का कर सके
वो बाहर नहीं जाता नए दोस्त नहीं बनाता
ना उसकी जिंदगी में कोई लड़का या लड़की उसका पार्टनर होता है जिससे वो अपनी लाइफ शेयर कर सके
तीसरे स्तर का अकेलापन बहुत खतरनाक होता है इस लेवल में उसकी फैमिली भी नहीं होती और अधिकतर केस में फैमिली होती है तो भी वो फैमिली से बात नहीं करता फैमिली के साथ time स्पेंड नहीं करता ना ही वो अपनी age के कारण अपनी सब बातें फैमिली के साथ शेयर कर पाता है
इस स्टेज में व्यक्ति के ना दोस्त होते न पार्टनर ना ही ऐसी फैमिली जिससे वो बातें कर सके।
हर लेवल पर अकेलापन उत्तरोत्तर बढ़ता जाता है
व्यक्ति डिप्रेशन का शिकार भी हो सकता है जो कि अकेलेपन के बाद आता है।
आज के टाइम में बहुत लोग अकेलेपन से suffer कर रहे हैं पर उन्हें जाने अनजाने में पता नहीं चलता।
और बाकी का काम यूट्यूब के उन वीडियो ने कर दिया जो आधी अधूरी जानकारी के साथ बताते हैं कि अकेले रहो अगर सफल होना है तो
अकेले रहने का एटिट्यूड बनाओ
और सफलता की तलाश में युवा अपने आस पास लोगों ओर फ्रेंड्स के होते हुए भी अकेलेपन के शिकार हो जाते हैं।
खुद को प्रोडक्टिव बनाने के लिए अकेले रहना अच्छा है खुद को एकांत में टाइम देना भी अच्छा है
लेकिन प्रोडक्टिव बनने के चक्कर में लोनलीनेस के शिकार बन जाओ तो ये बहुत कंसर्निंग है
इसलिए अपने दोस्तों के साथ भी ये लिंक शेयर करो
इससे किसी की हेल्प हो सकती है

Advocate Karan Singh Grewal, a former president of the Jhajjar Bar Association and father of Abhay Singh aka 'IIT Waley Baba' said his son's decision to renounce domestic life stemmed from the conflict between him and his wife.
He said his son was straightforward and truthful, and the reason he provided for leaving domestic life was genuine.
“Abhay wrote a paper highlighting the need for laws addressing the challenges faced by children in such situations.” he said.
He described his son as a pure soul and deeply sensitive Individual, someone who could discern even the slightest change in tone.
"Couples should take a lesson from this and strive to minimise their disputes for the sake of their children's well-being," Grewal said.
