@reggin did the messages sent show up on your devices at all? Because the only thing that makes sense to me would be that someone is pretending to be you, and that your account isn't actually compromised. How they got your contacts though I have no idea.

Agreed, at least on an individual. I can't think of another way though. If they had logged in with his account there would be a record of it in the session list. That also would've required access to his phone more than likely.
