I dont know if this tip has been known before but I just discovered it and wanted to share.
When you're playing in a lot of competitions in big leagues, in La Liga january - february for example, your players get really tired. On top of all of that, there is an international break mid season. I discovered that if I go to the training tab, select "rest" (i think so, my game is in different language) and give players time off, they simply don't go to the international break and come back to club before it ends.

I gave 6 countries a "Brexit FC" team. They are hard coded to only sign players from their respective countries.
There are about 6 teams in the game that are hardcoded to only sign players from the country they’re based in. However, if you move those teams to a different country, they will then only be able to sign players from that new country.
For example, there’s a team in Bermuda that is locked to signing only Bermudian players. But if you move that team to England, it will then only be able to sign English players. So I added six teams to six countries just to see how they will do:
Brexit FC - England (League two)
Nexit FC - Netherlands (Second tier)
Spexit FC - Spain (Second tier)
Gerxit FC - Germany (3. Liga)
Frexit FC - France (Ligue 2)
Italexit - Italy (Serie B)
Details
All the teams will adopt a playstyle fitting to the country,
Brexit FC will play 442
Nexit FC will play 433
Spexit FC will play possession based football
Gerxit FC will play high pressure football
Frexit FC will play fancy football
Italexit FC will play counter football
All the teams have a youth importance rating of 17, with the aim of encouraging them to focus on developing their own homegrown talent.
