Step 1: Right click on the drive you want to share. Use the path mentioned below to share this folder. You will see an icon appear which means the drive is shared.
Properties> Share> Share Ahead> Share this folder.

Step 2: In order to access files from hard drive with smartphone open ES file explorer. Now click on the three line hamburger symbol and then click on LAN access-files-PC-android-1
Step 3: Now run a scan and you will see your PC if it is connected to the same network. Now enter your PC username and password. From there you will see the shared folder. file-access-pc-android-2
Step 4: Here you will have all the items in your computer drive. You can press and hold to copy or cut a folder on your smartphone. file-access-pc-android-3
I performed a copy action and hit a speed of almost 5 Mbps.
