The upcoming Zora token is for "entertainment purposes only" and does not give holders management rights. The first shot has already been taken, and the second will be taken three days before ZORA's official airdrop, which will take place in Spring 2025. The total ZORA offering will be 10 billion of which 20% is allocated to the community and 10% to the airdrop.
