Chainflip: We have disabled some frontend services to halt the flow of funds, but since the protocol is fully decentralized with 150 nodes, we cannot shut it down entirely. As a more robust solution, we are working on enhanced broker-level verification for ETH to reject suspicious deposits via the broker-api.
Meanwhile, 5 institutions have provided credit support to Bybit totaling 120,000 ETH. A co-founder of Huobi transferred 10,000 ETH to Bybit. Co-founders of Conflux and Mask Network have also stated they contributed ETH to Bybit. Additionally, Mantle managed to freeze 15,000 cmETH stolen by the hacker.
