The Group of Frogs 🐸 🐸 🐸

As a group of frogs were traveling through the woods, two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs crowded around the pit and saw how deep it was, they told the two frogs that they’re was no hope left for them.

However, the two frogs decided to ignore what the others were saying and they proceeded to try and jump out of the pit. Despite their efforts, the group of frogs at the top of he pit were still saying that they should just give up. That they would never make it out.

Eventually, one of the frogs took heed to what the others were saying and he gave up, falling down to his death. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die.

He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, “Did you not hear us?”

The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.

Moral of the story: People’s words can have a big effect on other’s lives. Think about what you say before it comes out of your mouth. It might just be the difference between life and death.

10 Things You Can Do To Improve Your Health And Well-Being

Our health has a lot to do with managing our level of stress. In particular, we tend to spend a lot of time and energy stressing over money and material possessions.

We need money in order to survive, and some stress is normal (even healthy), but where we get into trouble is when we spend too much time and energy trying to obtain things that we don’t actually need.

We end up sacrificing some of the more important things we have (health, relationships, etc.) to obtain things we think will make us happier, but usually don’t.

Our health (physical, mental, and spiritual) is our greatest source of wealth. If we have our health, and the bills are paid, we’re rich.

Here are 10 things you can do every day to improve your health and well-being:

🙏Spend time alone in silence ie; meditation/prayer. Be thankful for what you have.

📝Keep a journal of your thoughts. Write down whatever comes to mind.

🥗Eat healthy food and drink clean water.

🤸🏻‍♀️Get 30 to 60 minutes of exercise. Mix it up throughout the week, lots of walking, some strength training, joint mobility exercises, and other activities that you enjoy, such as running, swimming, yoga, etc.

😴Go to bed early and try to wake up naturally, without an alarm. Most people need around 8 hours. Some high-performance people sleep as much as 10 hours a day (Einstein supposedly slept 10 hours). Some people only need about 5 or 6 hours, but they are by far the minority, only about 4% of the population is in this category.

🤔Try to live in the moment. Don’t dwell on the past or the future too much. Focus on your breathing, this will help to bring you back to the present. Avoid holding conversations in your mind.
Turn off distractions, especially when talking to people, working, meditating, etc. Keep background noise and entertainment to a minimum.

😁Read, listen, or watch something funny. Or be around people who make you laugh.

💞Spend time with someone important to you, your spouse, children, parents, etc.

📚Read something interesting/educational, preferably a book that makes you see things from a new perspective or causes you to contemplate your purpose in life.

Pros and cons
of city breaks

✅A city break is ideal for those who want to explore the area and take in the buzzing atmosphere.
There are plenty of
🗽🕌famous places of interests
🏛🏰museums and art galleries
🎭🤹‍♀️theatres
🍹🍸bars
🍽 🍷restaurants
💃🕺discos

Cities are usually tourist-friendly and as a result are easy to get around. They offer a number of options for both public 🚌🚃🚕and private 🚗🛴🚲transport.

❌There are downsides to a city break however.

If you’re feeling overtired 😓and ready for a long rest, it’s best to avoid the action-packed city break.

Most cities are extremely busy, with tourists and locals alike going about their daily business.

If you’re staying in a hotel in the centre you might also find your sleep is hindered by traffic noise🎺 – which isn’t idea for the already sleep-deprived traveller.

City holidays can also be a lot more expensive💸 than a beach hideout.

Ultimately it is up to you and what you feel you need at the time.

Are you heading off on a beach of city holiday?

Everyone Has a Story in Life

A 24 year old boy seeing out from the train’s window shouted…

“Dad, look the trees are going behind!”
Dad smiled and a young couple sitting nearby, looked at the 24 year old’s childish behavior with pity, suddenly he again exclaimed…

“Dad, look the clouds are running with us!”

The couple couldn’t resist and said to the old man…

“Why don’t you take your son to a good doctor?” The old man smiled and said…“I did and we are just coming from the hospital, my son was blind from birth, he just got his eyes today.”

Every single person on the planet has a story. Don’t judge people before you truly know them. The truth might surprise you.

Do you like singing 🎤? Then you must be karaoke fun 😊

What do you know about it?

🇯🇵Karaoke was born in a Japanese town called Kobe when a band failed to show up for a gig in a bar. The innovative owner played some music and asked his customers to come up and sing.

🎤Karaoke means "empty orchestra" in Japanese.

🇨🇳There are over 100,000 karaoke bars in China alone!

🎼 The most requested song at Karaoke Bars across the world is “Billie Jean” by Michael Jackson.

🕺Japanese businessmen sometimes perform karaoke to impress clients, and even hire professional singers to help them hone their performance — and close that deal.

📟Some karaoke machines in Japan not only rates the performance of the singer, but also tell the singer how many calories were burnt during their performance!
