Alleast, this is my theory. We have seen in earlier gta and rdr that rockstar chooses parts of the map to be forbidden in the beginning. Resulting in 5 police stars. Gta v was an exception though. I think this time will again have a map limitation. Why? Because Lucia is wearing a police ankle tag in the released promo art. Many factors go into deciding where to go on vacation — while some seek out major metropolises where you will never run out of things to do, others want to get as far away from civilization as possible and just be left alone for the time that they're away. Still others are hung up on discovering new, off-the-beaten-path destinations to prove that they are "not like those other tourists." And for even more people, price considerations come out above all. Earlier this year, Bankrate's annual travel report found that 77% of those who planned to take a trip between Thanksgiving to New Year's Day have or will be modifying their plans in some way due to rising prices.Related: The top destinations to visit in 2024 are completely unexpected But when looking at "fun" factors such as presence of recreational establishments and nightlife relative to cost, personal finance platform WalletHub identified Las Vegas as the most fun city in America. The herd is startlingly efficient and even organized—at certain times throughout the day, the entire group gathers together and lies down for a break. On the day of my visit, in early November, the goats have been working along the lake for a week already, with a little over a week to go before they return to the Carrs’ ranch in Brownwood, just south of Abilene. The opposite side of the inlet has already been neatly denuded. This is the herd’s second tenure on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail: they were stationed along the trail for several weeks this past summer, and were so effective that the Trail Conservancy invited them back. DURKIN: I’m J.D. Durkin - reporting from the New York Stock Exchange. Here’s what we’re watching on TheStreet today. Stocks are coming off a banner month for markets which saw all major averages end in the green. Investors are optimistic that the Federal Reserve could be nearing the end of its rate hiking cycle, with hopes of rate cuts next year. The Fed will make its next interest rate decision on December 13th. Markets are pricing in a 99 percent chance that the central bank will hold rates steady this month. Separately, investors are looking ahead to a slew of jobs data later this week. Tuesday will see the release of October job openings, the ADP employment report Wednesday, jobless claims Thursday and the all important November jobs report Friday. This week will give investors a clearer picture of the state of the labor market. In other news, Alaska Airlines has agreed to buy Hawaiian Airlines in a $1.9 billion dollar deal. The deal has been under negotiation for months and once closed, both companies will keep their individual brands. The acquisition is expected to take between nine and eighteen months to close pending approval by Hawaiian Airlines shareholders. But the planned merger may attract the attention of federal regulators. Airline mergers have faced strong opposition from the Biden administration in the past, with the administration arguing that further consolidation could harm competition.
