desktopwallet is possible. but not the best choice for most users. large blockchain, synchronization ...
But basically you can do everything with the desktopwallet that the lightwallet can do, you just sometimes have to enter commands on the command line. The lightwallet does all that for you.

hello experts from the DefiChain,
I faced an issue with my servers keeping restarting with following error:
Unable to get DVM block hash from latest EVM block hash, inconsistent chainstate detected. This may be due to corrupted block databases between DVM and EVM, and you will need to rebuild the database using -reindex..
Please restart with -reindex or -reindex-chainstate to recover.
Shutdown: done
so I restart with -reindex option....
but would it be possible that after such error the server would try automatically to reindex ? my idea is that my server runs 24h without my manual action, if it is able to detect the problem and tell me what to do it would be nice if it could do it alone (or try at least once, if it really fails again then ok to shutdown and call me for help)

Hi! Current testnet tests are undergoing and it seems to be going well according latest statements. If they all continue as expected, it will likely happen a couple weeks after the next hardfork, maybe around end of month if I am not mistaken
