Hi! The announcement is clear 🙂 And the decision came from me and you, and eveyone else in the community that, through on-chain governance voted (or not), in the go forward with the proposal to provide liquidity for the incubator. Any fiunds not used at the end of the program shall be returned to the community fund. I don't see how this is a bad thing. Worst would be if non used funds were never returned.
