All dCrypto follows the same path. On the DEX they are wrapped, so they will have to be unwrapped or bridged to be sent to a cex or external wallet.
At the moment, wrapping/unwrapping is done by Bake.
There are community built bridges like the Quantum Bridge and BSC DefiChain Bridge available.
In the horizon, with MetaChain, EVM compatibility and services such as Vanilla Swap that’s already in development.
Otherwise, you can swap them to DFI on the DEX, and withdraw DFI to a cex that supports native DFI, and then swap on the cex to the coins you like.
Hi wanna ask , for dBTC in light wallet, what is the most economical way to withdraw them?
dBTC can only be transfer to bake wallet for it to become real BTC?
dBTC cannot withdraw to exchange like bybit?
Your options are limited at this point I will admit, and the bridge @Dora_0001 linked is one of the few working options, no thanks to the SEC, but things are happening in the near future. I wrote this answer to another user a while back, and it remains relevant now. Maybe it will help explain some stuff.

Thank you guys - a great response! THIS is the power of COMMUNITY!
The previous DefiChain integration proposal passed with only 48 votes, so we dont have that far to go.
As usual, likes and comments on the proposal above will all help it get noticed, so hit that too.
I will post the proposal on their Twitter soon, but if anyone with clout (not me!) wants to get behind this, I think it would all benefit us.
There is some urgency as we will want this in place prior to the closing of the next end of tax year, whenever that is in your country.

For sure! I actually reached out to my connections ~2 weeks ago about this, funnily enough.
I’ll follow up but there’s a couple of things that’s needed for this to happen also, as someone that dealt with this specific issue:
1. Plenty of votes - usually 200+ votes is when they take proper notice.
2. Harass Koinly on their socials with requests for support with multiple community members chipping in - Twitter (@koinlyofficial) is the main one but also Reddit and a lesser extent Discord.
3. People from the community to sign up or say they’ll sign up (on socials) if they integrate. Maybe I can organise a specific link for them to traffic sign ups from DeFiChain community 🤔
