Hi! Going to be honest, I wpuld say so.
The amount in USD is low, just getting a tech out of bed to check things and start a recovery process, would be already more expensive than that.
So Kukoin will likely say that the amount is impossible to send back and recover.

the rewards should be quite stable. maybe you have confused the rewards with the commissions. they are very fluctuating as the pools are quite small and swaps move a lot and produce many commissions.

Being decentralised and in the crypto realm means there’s literally to way to enforce a branding. There’s no copyrights, no company, no one individual or owners, and no one to pay lawyers. Also, anyone can make another blockchain to token really, there’s no way to make sure your 3-letter acronym is unique.

There’s another project out there (DecenFi) using the same DFI acronym as DeFiChain, wouldn’t this create confusion? And is there anyway DeFiChain can claim rights to DFI?

Please block them all. Every single one of them. They will likely say things like they can easily recover your assets and so on, you just need to connect your wallet to them through some link or something like that.
No, not that easy. If it was that easy, they would be working for kukoin, they would not be trying to scam users through DM in telegram.
Remember, mods and admins will never contact you directly through DM.
Only in this channel, in front of the community.
Beware of scammers and impersonators, as scammers usually impersonate mods and admins, and contact users by DM pretending to be them.

KuCoin only supports DFI on DeFiChain network. Other tokens on DeFiChain network are not supported. That would be a quick fix, correct.
Otherwise, just wait until there is sufficient demand or it simply falls to 1 cent - if demand continues to fall. We'll see what the future brings.
