Q Assessing normality - is this REALLY not normally distributed or am I misreading the results?
https://imgur.com/a/0U1xhs2
So the histogram is almost perfect bell shape, and the points are so tightly on the line you can't even see the line. However, p is <0.005, which in Minitab means it is NOT normally distributed? Is this possible? Am I misinterpreting?

Discrimination of R in companies
I usually prefer R over Python because it let’s me be more efficient in many ways. I learned how to “productionize” my R code easily too. However what I see is that most companies prefer to embrace python or even forbid R sometimes in their stack. How to deal with this?

How do you stop thinking about work tasks at home?
So I work as an engineer but I've recently been handed a "data science" project at work which I'm doing with Python. I'm really excited to work on this project. The problem is, when I come back home after work, I'm still thinking about it even though I try not to.
I would appreciate some tips to help me detach from work.

Q Interpreting coefficients with low R-squared
I want to establish the impact of one variable over the other. Visually, I can see a relationship between x (categorical variable) and Y (continuous).
I've fitted a regression of the form Y=mx+c, and have significant coefficient for x. I have very low R-squared (1 %). Normally, we say one unit increase in x is associated with increase in mean of Y by m units. However, can I make the same statement in this case, where R-squared is super small? (N=20,000)

Is creating a Medium blog worth it to promote yourself?
I’ve been thinking if Medium is still a good way to promote your work/knowledge to attract recruiters / get known in the field / expand network.
Recently I notice a lot of meaningless/repetitive posts in the platform and have been wondering if writing for Medium is a still good idea
Do you guys know a better way to promote yourself?
