ADHD Workplace Accommodations Survey (21+ diagnosed with ADHD/ADD)

I'm a grad student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. I'm in the Technical Communication program, and I'm currently conducting research into workplace accommodations for ADHD. I plan to create infographics and possibly a website with tips for workplace accommodations.
As part of this project, I'm doing audience research to find out what accommodations would be most useful, and how often people with ADHD ask for accommodations.
The survey is done through Google forms. It's totally anonymous, and the results will only be shared with my professor. I'd greatly appreciate any responses and will share the final project here when it's complete. Thank you in advance!

I love statistical learning D
4th year stats undergrad major here taking a elective in statistical learning. This has been by far my favorite subject. Every day we learn a new model, talk about bias variance tradeoff, and I get to add a new method to the toolbox. I just love this topic. I took a midterm exam today over shrinkage and splines, and now I can’t wait till next week when we learn about ensemble methods and regression trees. We use introduction to statistical learning, and it’s by far my favorite textbook.

QStatistics is very cool. But why?
I have been studying statistics for 2 years now and it is fantastic. I really like it.
However, all the math before statistics is quite confusing to be honest. It seems like a pile of math trick has been thrown at me and "Just do it this way and you will get the result" without really understanding the logic and fundamental behind the math. What is degree of freedom? Why standard deviation of sample mean is equals to standard deviation divided by square root n? Why Chi-square distribution, this weird looking thing, can do whatever it can do? I have so many questions in my head.
Can you guys recommend some further reading for me? I would like to know the logic, mathematical proof or even the history of statistics. Thank you

How To Cheat At Wordle: Data and Analysis
In late 2021, the web-based word game [Wordle](https://www.nytimes.com/games/wordle/index.html) exploded in popularity. It quickly grew from 90 users in November, to 2 million in January. Amazingly, it was all done by one Welsh developer. He eventually sold his program to the New York Times for “low seven figures”.
The New York Times [makes public](https://static.nytimes.com/newsgraphics/2022/01/25/wordle-solver/assets/solutions.txt) the list of 2309 potential Wordle solutions. But they provide it in a format that isn't very usable.
\[Self-promotion\] We've transformed and re-hosted the [Wordle cheat data here](https://app.gigasheet.com/spreadsheet/wordle-csv/8374a839_92fa_46b5_9998_57b56be601fc?public=true) and put together a post that details [how to cheat at Wordle](https://www.gigasheet.com/post/you-should-not-learn-how-to-cheat-at-wordle) using this spreadsheet.
Some interesting findings:
* The most likely first letter is S
* Of the 2,309 potential solutions, 29 have a Q
* The most likely letter and position: E, in the fifth position

Moderator Decision on Surveys that Use Google Forms (Anyone who doesn't want to sign into Google to fill out a survey)
Hi all,
After uncountable reports of rule 4 violations when it comes to Google Forms, I'm here to make an announcement about these surveys.
Users, please do not report them as a demographic violation. As much as you might not want to log into google, there's reasons for this.
Security reasons - This will verify that one person completed the survey, and would cause a great inconvenience to have to complete more than once.
This also prevents bots from taking the survey and skewing results (a constant possibility, given how open our subreddit is).
Someone likened it to inclusivity, and we find that to be non-comparable. Inclusivity and how we ensure broad demographics are indeed for their broad audiences are not limited to gender identity; more often than not, it's surveys that possibly go worldwide but are structured for US census race structures, ask for a US state or zip code, or may ask for other information that wouldn't apply on a worldwide scale.
You not wanting to sign into Google to take a survey not a matter of inclusivity, rather it's a matter of their security vs your personal privacy. We're not saying you need to take those surveys, we're asking you to ignore them and move on. Do not report users for an incorrect demographic if you need to sign in.
