I’m here to drop some nuggets. Knowing when to trade and when not to trade/degen, and so on, is such an important feat a lot of people miss.
I’ve seen some people reach out to me saying why I stopped dropping calls for a while now but you need to know when to trade, when to watch, when to accumulate.
The market has left the up-only mode and has entered a consolidation phase (more updates on this tomorrow). One thing you need to know about consolidation toward the wrong direction is that it hurts your portfolio more than ever.
When the market is at a full-blown up-only stage, it’s safe to say dips get eaten, buybacks are faster, and your portfolio will end up looking great. Whereas in a consolidating market where Alts have lost structure a bit, you tend to see your portfolio looking like a mess and makes you feel emotionally vulnerable to not take action when the market changes its course, $BTC ranges, Alts go down. $BTC goes down, your coins dump. $BTC pumps, your bags pump. It’s a lose - lose - win situation.
You might end up running your account low before the next leg up because you’ve been trying to trade a consolidation range where you might not have enough skill yet to do that.
In scenarios like this is where you should do less trading, more accumulation with a lot of risk management.
Accumulate Alts/$memes showing strength, those are your money bags, don’t think because it’s pumping it means it’s going to reverse and dump instantly. There’s a clear difference between an uptrend and a pump and dump.
Let the trend be your friend; let the consolidation be your opportunity. Let risk management be your brother.
