First Digital Trust (FDT) is a company with negative equity, its total liabilities exceed total assets, it is practically insolvent.

In accordance with international rules, banks impose strict requirements on capital adequacy or risk losing their banking licenses.

FDT showed negative capital for three years in a row, which by the end of 2024 reached -100m HKD. This is without taking into account the huge losses from the misappropriation of users’ assets. Despite this, the company still receives state funding. Question to Hong Kong regulators and law enforcement officers: how is this possible under their control? The very fact of the existence of FDT today is a mockery of the rule of law in Hong Kong.

Elon Musk’s social network and seven other organizations filed a complaint with the U.S. Supreme Court, trying to prohibit the IRS (tax service) from collecting data from users of the Coinbase crypto exchange without a warrant.
