Bitcoin's 42,000 dollar level failed and BTC is now trading at 41,000 dollars. It's still trading inside a descending channel, but I wouldn't be surprised if BTC just drops out of this channel, below the 41,000 dollar support, and towards the 38,000 dollar area.

The target of that descending triangle is probably not very surprising: The 38,000 dollar level.

The market continues to drop hard today as BTC lost its 42,000 dollar support level.
I'm now eyeing a short setup on ARPA's 0.0493 dollar level. This seems pretty good for a quick S/R flip, especially since the 1h EMAR is catching up with this area.
I've set an alert to be notified when ARPA closes in on that range again. At the moment, it doesn't make that much sense to set these orders as the market is still dropping.

I think that currently BTC is in the middle. Expect re-test of Monday EQ at ~42555 and from there:
1) either breakout above 43518 and finding liquidity there for double top or green dildow.
2) or drop lower < 40500 to eat a lot and bounce back or stretch to 39k
So from that perspective although ~42.5k is an interesting level for short, its has high chance for failure. So worth looking for short above 43.5k
And look for long under 40.5k

#Bitcoin - whats next ?
The big Sunday report, all you need to know:
🚩 TA/ LCA/ Psychological Analysis: In last weeks Sunday report Bitcoin was at $38.500 region and I told you that Iam expecting 42-44k region next. As you can see in the chart the idea fully played out and we are now watching two very important levels:
Level 1: $45.500 region is a very important level, breakout above it opens the way up towards the main target of 47-48k
Level 2: $42.100 region, breakout below it opens the way towards MA20 region. If BTC wants to continue its uptrend we need to bounce at MA20, otherwise you can expect $35.000 region next if MA20 fails to hold
Remember that main target is $47.000 - $48.000 region as long MA20 is friend and holding. A breakdown below changes everything and BTC strarts reversal to the mentioned regions. Keep in mind that MA20 is friend since the entire uptrend from September, since 27k region. Everyone that follows me knows the importance of MA20, it was mentioned in almost all Sunday reports in the past weeks. Its also important to mention that funding rate is extremely heated up, and a correction is needed sooner or later. So any retest of MA20 is not impossible, and wont change the mid term BTC picture, even when dumping 10% from here towards MA20 which is located approx at $39.600 region currently. Losing MA20, and trouble will start, as long its hold, I would stay relaxed and keep an eye on the main target of 47-48k. If you ask me where the start of a bigger correction is, I would tell you its 47-48k, its the area Iam expecting a 20-30% correction to take place.
This week will be very volatile due to CPI data that will be released on Tuesday, while FOMC will be on Wednesday and market expects 97% that there wont be any rate hike increase and 3% expecting a rate hike increase
