I think only Sender can be used on mobile but haven't tried connecting my Ledger there.

Top right hand corner -> Network RPC -> Scroll down to NEAR mainnet and see if you are on an actively syncing RPC

Go to your Telegram settings and disallow strangers to call you. It can get really annoying. Switch to either My Contacts or Nobody
