Hello ..My account locked without any clear reason I was trading more than one year in the app .. and support center asking for a documents and already have been sent

Already Have been submitted:
1-My ID
2- My passport
3- National adress proof
4-My Bank information
5- the support specailst send A link for vedio recording

Already Have been contact with Help center and said to me we do not know why you account locked up ..and my money inside the app. So if any here from administration of Crypto.com can help me to fix my issue

Virtual card? There's always possibility to use virtual card.
Even linked with curve. I used curve when I was waiting for my physical cdc card.
And you can also use your cdc virtual card with Google pay and do nfc payments if you wish

Personally I don't remember but I think there might be.
It's over 1 year
But honestly, even a simple 1 euro purchase once a year is enough to avoid inactivity fees (if any)
