That's a separate issue to Google Wallet, you will need to contact customer support yourself via the Crypto.com app. Go to the Home tab > Settings > Customer Support

As far as I know, contactless should work anywhere it's accepted (and Visa, of course). I've not heard of that being an issue. You may want to ask in our UK group, as people living in the UK would have experience using the card.
