I understand how to block and delete users.
I am asking how to send the conversations to @notoscam.
I think a big part of the problem is people doing just what you are saying. If more people understood exactly HOW to report the user, and THEN blocked deleted, it would greatly help the community.
So again, I am asking... what are the steps to actually report the user/s BEFORE I block and delete.

You need to speak to the Trust wallet team and the CDC “in app” customer service for more advice.

You're conflating issues now.
But that's only if he can't access thru the wifi. Trying to be clear that you can still use the account on a different phone as long as you have access to the phone that an sms code would be sent to.
Yes, if there are OTHER issues to accessing the account, then the user should be technically savvy enough to do basic troubleshooting. One of which would be to re-insert the sim card into the app dedicated phone to rule out wifi issues.
