What do I do? Wait again 24 hours and ask ambassador to escalate it? And get again the same reply? It’s 3rd or 4th time they’re asking to provide external address to transfer my assets. HELP

With help of one ambassador customer support got back to me (long story short- they closing my account and were asking where to send my funds). Went to sleep happy that finally it will be resolved . This is a joke!!!
They are asking again the same question 😭
