Oh thanks . that is good to know. I sent it through OKX( it is a crypto exchange) and I am not sure how sending it back to the original address would work.

Is there a possibility of receiving it over a separate wallet address ( I can show proof of withdrawal request from okx exchange if needed)

Support takes time, if you could move that particular address affected to a defi wallet and import it on trust wallet then you may be able to recover it.

Unfortunately it is CEX . They used to support it back in 2022 ( till October) . From what I read , some users have successfully managed to recover funds by contacting support so far

Prices are different in each countries. $800 is the maximum you can get back.
So if you buy an iphone for $750, you will get back this amount.
But if you buy an iphone for $950, you will get back $800.
