The referral code is also in one of the first emails you got after signing up. Search your inbox for „referral code“.

Every time you send an eTransfer. Immediately, you get an email confirmation from Interac. Normally, it provides you a reference ID and it should start with a "CA" Copy that reference ID.

📲 In the crypto.com app. Go to:

1⃣ Accounts --> Fiat wallet --> Transfer --> Deposit.

2⃣ Select
$ Canadian Dollar CAD

3⃣ You'll see a Blue dialogue box at the top. It will say "Haven't received you deposit yet?" Hit, Enter Here.

4⃣ Paste your reference ID that starts with a "CA" and hit confirm. Then it should show as pending in the Fiat Wallet. Give it 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

📝 Please note, if you haven't received any email confirmation. You may need to log into your personal banking online. When sending an e-Transfer there is a history tab that will hold the reference ID. Alternatively, you may need to reach out to your bank for this.
