The Exchange uses the same email address that is registered with your crypto.com main app. Which is how you can view the Exchange wallet only in the main app.

Just go to:

crypto.com/exchange

Log in and hit forgot password and go through the process.

An additional note, your main app 2FA is the same as the Exchange 2FA.

Typical plots covering certain time frame like days, months etc when you change the scale or extend the range. I wanted to look at data starting 2016, say but couldn't see anything below 2021. One can see it on TradingView for example but somehow not on the exchange. It's cut around 2020-2021. Sorry for confusion

Next item - just looking to sell some coins into CRO - Link, Dot, etc.
Seems as though spread on App is almost 10%.
So I’ll need to move off to exchange em.
I seem to have misplaced my access to the CDC Exchange.

Wonder if I can open a brand new instance of the Exchange ?
Or will that be a full out KYC procedure ? Thnx

Hello ..My account locked without any clear reason I was trading more than one year in the app .. and support center asking for a documents and already have been sent

Already Have been submitted:
1-My ID
2- My passport
3- National adress proof
4-My Bank information
5- the support specailst send A link for vedio recording

Already Have been contact with Help center and said to me we do not know why you account locked up ..and my money inside the app. So if any here from administration of Crypto.com can help me to fix my issue
