Try to get a letter form your bank that you made the transfer to a specific email. I had to do it once when send my etransfer from a new bank account and email of my etransfer account did not coincide with the email on my crypto account. It took me a few visits to the bank to explain the situation and multiple chats with the customer service of Crypto.com and a few months but I got my money back to my bank account!
Читать полностью…No they are investigating my btc transferin September. So when I made a bank transfer 2 months ago, they also disabled that without knowledge that my account was disabled, so I ended up losing my Fiat transfer i made.
