MVRV Z-Score or where is the peak and bottom of Bitcoin 🙄
MVRV Z-Score is an on-chain indicator that shows how much Bitcoin is undervalued or overvalued relative to its “fair value”.
This is an improved version of the MVRV indicator, which shows the ratio of market capitalization to realized (the number of BTC coins multiplied by their price at the time of the last transaction). And the Z-Score determines how strong the deviation between these indicators is.
As you can see on the chart, the indicator perfectly shows the peaks of the BTC market cycle (yellow line in the red zone) and the best time to buy at the bottom (yellow line in the green zone) 🤯
