Due to the rise in interest and activity around COTI, there’s been an unusually high number of scammers active in community channels. These scammers are posing as COTI community support and moderators. They’re sending unsolicited DMs, making spam Telegram calls, and posting in main channels offering “support.”
Important: The COTI team will never reach out to you first or randomly.
→ If you’re receiving spam calls in Telegram, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Calls and set “Who can call me” to My Contacts.
→ It’s also a good idea to make sure your mobile number isn’t publicly visible on your Telegram account.
PLEASE STAY SAFE & STAY VIGILANT. We encourage everyone to report scam accounts — it helps us get them banned faster.
Additionally, the team is actively working to continue processing and clearing transactions for both the Treasury and the Bridge. We appreciate your patience.

It’s Time to Migrate COTI V1 🌄
For the COTI V1 holders in the Treasury, please migrate now. Make sure to migrate before the Treasury goes on pause at 10:00 AM UTC.
For all other COTI V1 holders outside of Treasury, now is also a great time to migrate before its sunset. The process takes a few minutes. All you need is an ETH wallet address.

A Message to the COTI Community
Today we published a COTI Community Update. It’s important that we share the core details with everyone directly as we know it impacts many of our core community members.
In summary: COTI is going all-in on enterprise and institutional privacy. This is the opportunity we've spent years building toward and it's here now. While Web3 continues to struggle, the institutional and enterprise blockchain adoption is at an all-time high, and every single one of them needs privacy.
This entails putting every resource behind the mission and with that comes some changes.
Community Updates:
- COTI Earn pauses at the end of the current season. Your feedback on rewards and dilution was a direct input to this decision.
- Nodes V2 launch is on hold. Launching it now will involve more token dilution as well as significant engineering resources. It’s the right choice for now.
- The Treasury is being put on pause for the foreseeable future. The Treasury has had a solid run, and we’re very grateful for everyone’s participation in the Treasury. The COTI team will assess the right time in the future to explore continuing development on Treasury V2.
Now, the practical part. The migration window runs for 7-days, starting August 11th and ending on August 18th at 10am UTC.
If you stake COTI V2 in the Treasury:
→ Option 1: You can withdraw your tokens and rewards with no fees.
→ Option 2: Just wait. Any tokens at the pause date will be automatically returned to your wallet.

COTI has also partnered with KuCoin so the community can now stake COTI on KuCoin and earn 18% APR.

COTI Treasury Update & Migration
COTI is going all-in on enterprise privacy. To focus our efforts, the COTI Treasury is being put on pause for the foreseeable future.
→ The migration window will run for 7-days, beginning August 11th and ending on August 18th at 10:00am UTC.
→ All Treasury tokens and rewards are available to withdraw without fees.

For the past 12-months the current bridge architecture was performing and functional, albeit had a few bugs and would hit its caps. But the recent unprecedented volume and demand has caused some real needs for an upgrade. The Dev Team is focused on this and working on a solution for it and to scale the bridge as fast as possible.

Hey COTI Community,
Quick status update. COTI is aware of a few issues and is actively working to investigate and resolve them:
→ COTI ERC20 transfers temporarily disabled on a select few exchanges
→ Stuck transactions on the bridge and treasury
Re Exchange Transfers: COTI is currently exploring and will work on getting this resolved with the exchanges as soon as possible.
Re the Bridge: A significant influx of volume on the COTI token has created temporary price disparities across exchanges. Traders moving to capture that arbitrage have congested the COTI bridge, pushing the bridge limit to its cap after each reset. As those arbitrage opportunities resolve themselves, bridge capacity will free up on its own and resume normal function. All stuck transactions in the bridge will be reprocessed as soon as possible.
COTI will continue to monitor and post additional updates. Thank you for your patience.
