I think the issue is they are busy and need time to respond. What I did again was said "hi" and re-sent the details again. Then few hrs later I got a response from the guy with a one page document to sign. So maybe you chill and wait or resend the details and wait. They will surely respond.

No, I just did what was instructed, to Send details as shown to the said username in the message received from support. Thesame day they sent the message I did it. That's all I did.
