From what I understood from the message and the extra days given, if you were a participant in the competition and had already submitted your project, you can use these extra days to improve it and submit it again.

That’s how I understood it, but if I’m mistaken, please let me know if you have more info or think I got it wrong.

Where did you get info about revaluation? Update from Contest channel only says that results will be later and there will be second round. Nothing about improving round 1 and reevaluating it.
