If I understood correctly, all those people wanted to get hired as content moderators on telegram, but due to some time misconfiguration on telegram's side, the contest, that they had to take, ended early.
But I'm not sure, what deadline on March 23rd they are talking about, as, according to the official site https://telegram.org/jobs, the deadline is May 10th.

So, I would recommend reading though all the previous contest posts and see what is most common.
To my knowledge, it ranges from designing(figma, canva) to blockchain(web3) to react(web dev)... so see what suits you the best.

look through the competition results and see what submissions won and why and how.

That way you would learn more
