Sir without any information my account was locked for last 9 months. I cannot do any trade in this account for last 9 months and I have sent more than 30 email to your customer care (support@coinsbit.io) for unlock my account but till date there is no response from your support team so kindly make the arrangement to relock my account for further feature trade as a big organisation company like Coinsbit exchange should take my email as a serious problem and solve it immediately.
