🏗️ Introducing: Additional allocation requests for community sales

This new feature will allow purchasers to request additional tokens for purchase during community sale events on CoinList.

We built this feature to solve two important areas of our product:

1. It allows an increase in the max purchase amount within community sales.

2. It provided a frictionless path for projects to fulfill any excess allocations leftover after a community sale.
