Chelsea are close to agreeing personal terms with Xavi Simons ahead of talks with Leipzig. Simons open to Chelsea , and is more broadly prioritising a Premier League move.

It’s possible Carney Chukwuemeka is raised in any discussions with Chelsea seeking a permanent exit.

Chukwuemeka hasn’t yet held any talks with Leipzig, and he remains keen on a return to Dortmund. However, Dortmund want to do a loan with a buy option which Chelsea are yet to sanction.🔵

🚨 Sources are confident Chelsea can strike a deal to sign Xavi Simons, but they also retain interest in Alejandro Garnacho and Morgan Rogers.

Bayern Munich, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United and clubs in Italy have all registered an interest in Christopher Nkunku this summer.

Chelsea will offset their spending by making over £200M in sales, with the Blues making progress on the deals to sign Xavi Simons and Jorrel Hato.

Carney Chukwuemeka is one of at least three players Leipzig have asked about signing and the midfielder also has interest from the Premier League, with Chelsea wanting to sell him permanently.
