Eve and Adam pattern
🔅Two distinct valleys that look different. Eve bottoms appear first and are wider and more rounded looking. Adam bottoms appear after Eve and are narrow, V-shaped, sometimes with one long price spike. Spikes that appear tend to be more numerous and shorter on Eve bottoms.
🔅The rise between bottoms should measure at least 10%, but allow variations.
🔅The price variation between bottoms is small, usually between 0% and 4%. The two valleys should appear to bottom near the same price.
🔅In the case of a Eve and Adam chart pattern, the stop loss should be placed at the previous low of the pattern.
🔅The limitation for the target will be the previous resistance level which was formed before by the price action.

⚖️ Highest-Profile White-Collar Fraud Case in Recent Years
USA v. Bankman-Fried, 22-cr-00673, US District Court, Southern District of New York (Manhattan)
FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried pleaded not guilty to criminal charges.
💡 The plea buys SBF more time to get a better idea on the evidence prosecutors have against him and plan his next move. Seems like the trial is going to be pretty lengthy. At the same time, only a fraction of criminal cases in the US end up going to trial...
What’s known so far:
⦁ Sam Bankman-Fried fraudulently raised $1.8 billion from investors under the guise of FTX having appropriate controls and risk management measures. He also is accused of misusing customers’ funds at FTX to cover personal expenses, real estate purchases and trading at Alameda Research.
⦁ The FTX founder was arrested in the Bahamas on Dec. 12. After extradition to the US, he was released from custody on a $250 million (!) bail package.
⦁ SBF asked a judge to keep confidential the identities of two people who will help secure his bail to protect them from public scrutiny and potential harassment.
⦁ He is charged with eight crimes, including wire fraud and campaign finance violations, and could spend up to 115 years in prison.
⦁ Two of his top lieutenants, Alameda Research's former CEO Caroline Ellison and FTX's co-founder and ex-CTO Gary Wang, have flipped on him as they faced between 50 and 100 years in prison.
⦁ SBF's trial is set for October 2, 2023.
