Facing the future with Optimism $OP

Optimism is now the second-ranked L2 network with a market share of 30%, second only to Arbitrum. Unlike Arbitrum whose major updates remained in 2022, Optimism has introduced an ambitious concept of transforming the L2 ecosystem in early 2023.
Superchain is their vision of moving away from monopolistic L2 and creating a single infrastructure for all L2/L3 that preserves the safety of the Ethereum base network.

📣 Binance CEO has reacted to the BUSD/Paxos situation
Main points:
🔸 Binance will continue to support BUSD for the foreseeable future.
🔸 BUSD is a stablecoin wholly owned and managed by Paxos.
🔸 Paxos has been directed to cease minting new BUSD by the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), its regulator. As a result, BUSD market cap will only decrease over time.
🔸 Paxos will continue to service the product, and manage redemptions. Paxos also assured us the funds are SAFU, and fully covered by reserves in their banks, with their reserves audited many times by various audit firms already.
🔸 "IF" BUSD is ruled as a security by the courts, it will have profound impacts on how the crypto industry will develop (or not develop) in the jurisdictions where it is ruled as such.
