You write "that's not how the system works" when I suggest that true decentralized crypto platforms are aiming at eliminating the bankers, aka the middle man.

Well, the traditional system we're still in *does not work*, something you don't seem to see. What do you do when a system doesn't work? You invent a new one, and this is exactly what Satoshi did.

Bitcoin was a direct response to the capitalist system's absolute failure, by allowing the movement of value without banks, in record times and lesser fees. Smart Contracts, DeFi and Atomized transactions were a progression towards empowering the individual to loan and make interest directly with other individuals without having to go through banks.

The problem is not my simplified worldview here. It's rather what seems like your misunderstanding of the crypto revolution with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano and others. I'm not including Solana and the likes, which are simply replicating the system that Bitcoin and the other decentralized based platforms were created to fight.

I have read this alot of times in this chat , and one thing always comes to mind
We give reference of 2020 vs 2021 but may be the driving factor was Covid ?
We won't get another driving factor like that may be ever .. so I'm not sure if we will get back to ath or higher anytime soon ? Unless something really pushes crypto

I still plan to migrate over some of my stack to OADA so I can earn higher yields.

I think a lot of people in the ADA ecosystem are either unaware of OADA or reluctant about higher yields after last cycle.
