If you are drinking coffee

Don't drink it first thing in the morning.
Even if you now feel hungover or not waken up properly.

Everything is conditioning.

Give your body at least 1:30h to start itself, to fight for its own natural alertness. Then you can rocket fuel it with coffe, tea or whatever your stimulans of choice is.

I drink approx a handful of coffees per year.

Scientifically, coffee, is effective first month only. After that, metabolism-speeding, fat burning etc benefits disappear and your body finds new equilibrium with coffee as part of regular routine. For me that is no much benefit.

I don't drink it. And if I'd want to drink some thing, I think I'd go with matcha tea, as it's closest replacement.

If you're full disciplined you can do coffee one month, 3 month break. Then you gain most benefits from coffee.

Anyway, I'm not a doctor, you do your own research.

Just don't start your day by opening eyes and sipping coffee, it's retarded.

I asked all the traders I know today when they think it will peak. I have ofc my working theory, however, each gave me answers and for each of them I see a scenario, and I understand why they think that. Now it's just about deciding what is strong enough and what isn't to prevail. The main challenge I personally have is the thing I see I worked as it is a major peak, but it might be medium term peak. I will not gamble on it.

Mr. P shared one interesting observation regarding ether with which I agree. Another thing with timing with which I carefully disagree (he might be right).

Mr. M shared levels with which I don't agree at all but he proved accurate when I least expect. I mean, mofo gave me a trade, and trade that he gave me I think has high odds of being right, sure, but lol, not what I asked. His expertise is something else, for his style of trading, knowing the top and bottom is irrelevant.

W's prediction looks to me so absurd that I will be crying if he is right, but he might be right and I also see his scenario possible however not now, he has a proper timeframe for his scenario.

Mr. S sees exactly what the mainstream wallstreet sees, I am almost 100% sure his date is wrong, but he shared an important, strong and not for neglecting narrative. As sometimes I outsmart myself.

I'm the only one of them who has experience with them also, so I know who can do what... ultimately, now I can't risk their biases, so I waited until I had my own strongly enough and then I asked them for if I missed something.

P shaked it most strong as his point is in alignment with my strongest fears for being wrong at the moment. Because my almost a decade long experience with short term bitcoin tells me when there will be reaction, however, will it transfer into macro picture remains to be seen.

So I will now again, stop communicating with others regarding their biases, and take new things I should into account:

From M this time nothing, his level is nothing for me, I don't see it, I can't risk with important things stuff I don't see.
From W, I have time if he is right, so nothing at the moment.
From P, this extra indicator/pointer/condition for the peak
From S, news to watch out for although will be more like late warning than timely.

Asked yes Altchica too, I agree with the narrative almost fully, but they didn't go into too much details for my pleasure, as I want to narrow it down to date (even though I know I'll be wrong, I want at least in analysis have a precise days range).
