You know why you see mistakes in this channel, and yet you respect it more than any other channel?

Because if you go on twitter, you find "perfect traders" - "I called X at YYY" "we did 50000x", "1000000x" etc.

Really, be fluid regarding this AMA, as I want to do it for you before elections, to give you as much of opportunities and head start as possible into the market, and the warning for immediately after the elections.

As a man, you should focus on at least once a week exercising.

What type of exercise: STRENGTH.

Cardio, endurance, is all good and has it's benefit, but core 80% result for 20% effort for male body is strength.

Further 20% of effort for 80% of results is focusing on big groups of muscles. Squats, Deadlifts, pull ups, push ups.

Once a week, followed by high protein diet and you'll be muscle-wise healthy. More than healthy. You'll look good.

But when you get to the gym, first thing you'll notice is music, people talking, people lightly taking an equipment. Go in full blown beast mode when you pump. Then when you recover between sets, allow yourself time as your body needs, no need to rush it. Just don't confuse recovery (which you feel at the beginning) with energy depletion which you'll feel in later sets.

Give your body time to recover, not to go lazy because of lack of energy. As you want it next time to have more energy, you must push through the barrier.

Duration: 40 min with exercises and rests and all.

People who are in the gym for 2 hours per session are ineffective, and came to socialize or are slow. Pros can take it to 1:15 at max with warmups, cardios etc. but beyond that is pointless.

And do you know what gym, if you're now not training at all is the best?
The one nearest, at walking distance from you.
