Hold on to Holiness and Purity

"You shall be holy to me, for I the LORD am holy and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be mine." Leviticus 20:26

In this current world, the matter of holiness has become one of the most contentious issues, especially in our Christian faith. Some people say that no one is holy except God alone. It has reached a point where if someone claims to be holy, they are seen as arrogant and blasphemous.

The enemy has invested lies and deception in human thoughts and perspectives that contradict and isolate them from what God has said about them. The world does not want to accept that a person can be saved, forgiven of sins, stop sinning, and become holy. So, the issue of holiness has been greatly attacked by people from the other side, to the extent that some Christians who are saved have started to agree with it that they can never be Holy.

Now, the word of God has clearly revealed the truth about this matter. God Himself has said, "You shall be holy to me;" emphasizing that "we shall be holy to God," not to humans or to people of this world. Because God knows that the world can not accept us, so we should not try to impress them. Colossians 1:21-22 states, "And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you HOLY and blameless and above reproach before him."

So, it is clear that God has saved us from the world and made us His holy people. Now, children of God do not let the people of this world persuade you otherwise than the word of God says of you. And do not let them define who you are. What God has said about you stands.

Also, do not be swayed to return to a life of sin and wickedness from which God has rescued you. Do not accept to return to friendship and fellowship with people who push you to sin and do what is wrong. Maintain your holiness and purity.

Prayer: O LORD, I am yours; you have saved me and cleansed me with your precious blood. I pray that you enable me to live a life of holiness and purity. Amen.

If God is your Protector, evil People will not harm you

Hebrews 13:6 says, "So we can confidently say, 'The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?'"

This verse highlights Our confidence in God's protection and assistance in adversity.

First, "The Lord is my helper" emphasizes God's active involvement in the Our lives. This phrase reflects the presence of God as a helper and protector of His people. In Exodus 18:4, Moses testifies, "The God of my father was my help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh." Similarly, Psalm 118:7 affirms, "The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" Indeed God is the protector and deliverer of His people.

Second, "I will not fear; what can man do to me?" This is assurance we have freedom from fear because of God's presence and assistance. There is nothing a man can do to harm you if you have made God your protector.

Throughout Scripture, we find numerous instances where God's people were delivered from the hands of their enemies. For example, in 2 Kings 6:16, Elisha reassures his servant, "Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them." The assurance of God's presence and his divine protection empowers us to face challenges with courage and confidence.

Throughout the Bible, we see God's protection for His people against evil men and their schemes:

- In the story of Daniel in the lions' den (Daniel 6), we witness God's miraculous intervention to protect Daniel from the plots of wicked men. Despite their efforts to harm him, Daniel remained faithful to God, and God delivered him unharmed.
- The story of Joseph in (Genesis 37-50) illustrates God's protection amidst adversity. Despite being betrayed by his brothers and sold into slavery, Joseph ultimately rose to prominence in Egypt, as God's providential plan unfolded to save His people from famine.

As we face challenges and confront the schemes of evil men, we can take comfort in the assurance that God is our helper and protector. From biblical examples of God's intervention to save his people, we are encouraged to trust in God's Protection and face adversity with courage and faith.

PRAYER: Lord I surrender my life to you, protect me from the schemes and attacks of evil men. I believe you are with me wherever I go and in whatever I do. Amen

Choose love over judgment

"I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.” Galatians 2:21 NKJV

The message today is clear and very brief. God reminds us that our righteousness is not attained through our actions but by faith in Jesus Christ.

If our righteousness is obtained by faith and not by deeds, why do we judge each other? Why do we point fingers? Why do we gossip? The mouths of Christians have become very quick to judge others when they make mistakes.

Let's not judge others, especially when they make mistakes. Remember that the weaknesses you judge in others, you also have, and often yours are worse than those you judge. The word of God says, "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Matthew 7:1-2."

Secondly, let's not consider ourselves righteous and better than others. The word of God says, "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23" and God continues to admonish us, "If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:8."

If we are all sinners and are counted righteous by faith in Christ, then we should treat each other with love and help one another. Even when you have a reason to judge another, remember that you also deserve judgment, so let's live in love.

There's a saying, "We are judging each other for sinning differently," meaning you judge your neighbor because they sin or have weaknesses different from yours. Apostle Paul said, "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. 1 Timothy 1:15."

The important thing is that we should learn to be silent, not quick to speak when we see someone err. What you should do is pray for mercy and for God to forgive them, knowing that you too can err, and perhaps worse than them if not by His grace. Those who are quick to judge and speak about others are the ones committing the greatest sins because their act of judging others takes them out of the grace of Christ.

PRAYER: O Lord, I ask for your mercy and forgiveness for considering myself righteous and better than others. Forgive me for using my mouth to speak against and to judge others. Teach me to be humble and to pray for those who err and have weaknesses, especially my fellow Christians. Amen.

Generosity: A Pathway to Abundance

A generous person will be blessed, for he shares his food with the poor. Proverbs 22:9

There is a very important question that many people ask, and I believe you have asked yourself as well. "How do I receive God's blessings in my life?" And I believe you've already found some answers, and you are working on them.

Today, the word of God reminds us of one of His principles for receiving His blessings, which is to help the poor.

The word of God says: "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done." Proverbs 19:17 So when you help the poor, you are lending to God. Don't lose hope if you haven't seen the results of helping the poor yet. Our God is faithful; know that He owes you, and He will surely repay you.

When you help the poor, know that you are storing up treasure in heaven. It's an imperishable treasure that your children and future generations will benefit from, even if you don't see it now.

"Matthew 19:21 Jesus answered, 'If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.'" And the word of God also says: "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6:19-21

God's blessings do not only come through prayer or being prayed for. Some people have fallen into the trap of deceit, where they're told they will succeed just by praying or being prayed for.

Others are deceived by witch doctors and through witchcraft. But the truth is, Satan can not bless you; he himself is cursed, so he can not give you blessings. He will give you money that will torment you, and that wealth cause you to suffer. Therefore, you may be rich, but you won't have blessings.

The bible says "The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it Proverbs 10:22." It is only God's blessings that will give you peace even when you face financial challenges, God will give you his peace.

So, child of God, continue to trust in God. Live a righteous life, work with integrity, and don't do anything illegal. Whatever you earn, even if it's little, help the poor and needy, and give offerings, and God will bless you and your descendants.

Prayer: O LORD, I ask You to guide my ways in this world, grant me to live a righteous life, and work with integrity. I also ask for a spirit of generosity and love for the less fortunate. So that I may be blessed, along with my descendants. Amen.

When it feels like the world is against us, we remember God’s infinite grace is for us. The Bible is our greatest resource, a reminder that in God, we can find refuge.

Use this scripture driven prayer to express the assurance of divine safeguarding in times of trial and need.

Confessions of God's protection

In the shadow of turmoil, I lift my eyes unto the hills, for there I find refuge, strength, and unwavering protection from the Almighty (Psalm 121:1-2). As the mountains stand steadfast, so does the shield of the Lord, encompassing me with divine fortitude against every adversity.

Amidst the chaos that ensnares, I proclaim Psalm 18:2, "The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge." In the shelter of His wings, I find solace, for His faithfulness is my shield and rampart (Psalm 91:4).

Though peril may encroach, I do not falter, for the Lord goes before me as a mighty warrior (Exodus 14:14). With each step, His presence guides and guards me, and under His watchful gaze, I am shielded from harm (Psalm 121:5).

As I traverse the valleys of uncertainty, I cling to the promise of Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will command his angels concerning me to guard me in all my ways. They will lift me up in their hands, so that I will not strike my foot against a stone." With celestial hosts as my companions, all fears will be replaced by steadfast trust in God's providence.

In the depths of despair, I cry out to the Lord, and He hears my voice (Psalm 116:1-2). His ear is attentive to my pleas, and in His mercy, He extends His hand to lift me from the abyss of despair, restoring hope and granting deliverance.

In the face of adversity, I declare with unwavering faith, "The LORD is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1). With the assurance of His presence, I stand firm, fortified by His promises and emboldened by His love.

Through the darkest of nights and the fiercest of storms, I am not alone, for the Lord is with me (Psalm 23:4). His rod and staff comfort and protect me, guiding me along the path of righteousness.

As I conclude my prayer before you Holy Father, I echo the words of Psalm 91:14-16, "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life, I will satisfy him and show him my salvation."

In your embrace, I find peace. In your presence, I find strength. In your love, I find eternal refuge.

AMEN

Stay away from the ways of the wicked

Enter not into the path of the wicked, and walk not in the way of evil. Proverbs 4:14

In this world of cultural confusion, many things seem right to people but are truly wicked practices, which are displeasing to God.

It is easy for those who know God to stray from the path of righteousness and turn to the ways of the wicked, due to temptations and the seductions of the enemy.

Many have failed to stay on the path of righteousness because the Word of God says in Matthew 7:13-14, "Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. But the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few."

To continue walking on God’s path, you need patience, obedience, and dedication to God, as this world is full of temptations with the intent to sway you. But if you have a personal desire to live a holy life, you will endure and stay on the path of righteousness.

The Word of God also says in Proverbs 1:10-16, 18-19 NIV :

" My son, if sinful men entice you, do not give in to them. If they say, “Come along with us; let’s lie in wait for innocent blood, let’s ambush some harmless soul; let’s swallow them alive, like the grave, and whole, like those who go down to the pit; we will get all sorts of valuable things and fill our houses with plunder; cast lots with us; we will all share the loot”— my son, do not go along with them, do not set foot on their paths; for their feet rush into evil, they are swift to shed blood. These men lie in wait for their own blood; they ambush only themselves. Such are the paths of all who go after ill-gotten gain; it takes away the life of those who get it."

God is speaking to you today in a different way because He doesn't want you to enter into condemnation and death. Many evil practices seem to be normal in our lives now, the wicked ways people use to generate their income, and evil practices at work, in business, and in relationships many are not acceptable before God, but society has normalized them. The Word of God says, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." Proverbs 14:12

Today, pray to God to help you to forsake all evil practices, and may wicked people not tempt you to do things that you know are wrong and lead to death. And if there are evil practices you've struggled to let go of, pray to God, and He will help you.

PRAYER: O LORD, I pray that you guide me in this world filled with wickedness, protect me from evil companions, and protect me from being tempted into wrongdoing. May your Holy Spirit lead me in paths of righteousness. Amen.

Wisdom in Financial Management:

Understanding how God's wisdom applies to managing money goes beyond just knowing financial tips. It means connecting your thoughts, feelings, and money decisions with what God wants. James 1:5 says, if we lack wisdom we should ask God for it, so seeking wisdom is very important. When you mix God's wisdom into how you handle your money, it helps you make better choices that align with God's plan for your finances.

As a believer, you are called to seek God's wisdom in every aspect of your life, including how you handle your finances. The pursuit of financial wisdom is not merely a secular endeavor but a spiritual journey guided by divine insight. 3. Good Strategic Planning:
Proverbs 24:27 exhorts you, "Prepare your work outside; get everything ready for yourself in the field, and after that build your house." This verse emphasizes the value of strategic planning and diligent preparation. Through prayerful consideration and seeking divine guidance, you can develop sound financial strategies that honor God and lead to long-term stability and growth.

4. Budgeting Effectively:
Drawing from 2 Corinthians 9:10, By seeking God's wisdom in budgeting, you acknowledge His role as the ultimate provider and trust in His ability to multiply your resources according to His will. Praying for a Financial Breakthrough

Financial and income increase

Your beginning may be small, but later years will be very great. Job 8:7
In the context of Financial increase and blessings, the word of God today offers us profound insights. The verse acknowledges that everyone starts from somewhere, often with limited resources or opportunities. But as long as we keep on working hard and trust God there is potential for significant growth and abundance in the future.

The implication of "later years " points to a divine orchestration of events leading to prosperity. It implies that God is involved in the journey of financial growth and blessings, blessing the efforts of the faithful and rewarding them with abundance.

The Bible has given us enough knowledge on how we can break through barriers and limitations that hinder our financial growth. Below I will explore things you can do to position yourself for an income increase and experience the abundant blessings that He has in store for us.

Biblical Principles for Financial Breakthrough:

1. Faith:
- Hebrews 11:1 reminds us that faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Believing in God's promises and His ability to provide opens doors to unexpected blessings and opportunities.

2. Persistence:
- Luke 18:1 teaches us about the parable of the persistent widow, emphasizing the importance of persistence in prayer and action. Similarly, in our pursuit of income increase, we must persevere through challenges and setbacks, knowing that our efforts will eventually bear fruit.

3. Wisdom:
- Proverbs 16:16 tells us that wisdom is more precious than gold. Seeking God's wisdom in financial matters equips us to make wise decisions, navigate obstacles, and seize opportunities for growth.

4. Generosity:
- Luke 6:38 encourages us to give, promising that it will be given to us, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. Cultivating a spirit of generosity not only blesses others but also opens the door for God's abundant provision in our lives.

5. Trusting God's Timing:
- Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us that there is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens. Trusting in God's timing for our income increase allows us to wait on Him while remaining diligent in our efforts.

In life, we often encounter barriers and limitations that hinder our progress, especially in the realm of financial stability. However, as believers, we find guidance and encouragement in the word of God. To overcome all these obstacles.

Praying for a Financial Breakthrough
Divine Financial Stability

God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. Psalm 46:5

In times of economic uncertainty, it can be easy to rely solely on your own efforts and resources to secure your financial future. However, Scripture teaches that true security comes from trusting in God's provision rather than your own strength or wealth.

As you surrender your finances to God's care and align your life with His kingdom agenda, you will experience a newfound sense of peace and security. Divine financial stability is not dependent on external circumstances but on your unwavering trust in God's provision.

As we read in the word of God today in Psalms 46:5, "God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn." These words are filled with divine promise, offering a sense of security even in the face of uncertainty and economic hardship.

Also, David says of God's faithfulness to stand with his people in all challenges of life in Psalms 37:25, where it is written: "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread." In this scripture we see God's faithfulness in providing for His children, even when resources seem scarce and the future uncertain.

The story of Job is another powerful example of maintaining faith in God's provision during extreme adversity. Despite losing everything he owned, including his wealth and health, Job remained steadfast in his faith, declaring, "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord" (Job 1:21). In the end, God restored Job's fortunes twofold, demonstrating His sovereignty over all things.

If you are facing economic hardship and uncertainty, may you find strength and comfort in the promises of God's Word. Trust in His provision, knowing that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Embrace divine financial stability, knowing that your security rests in the loving arms of your Heavenly Father.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, grant me the wisdom to prioritize Your kingdom and righteousness in all aspects of my finances. Help me trust in Your provision and be a faithful steward of the resources You've entrusted to me. Give me a generous heart, contentment in Your blessings, and the diligence to work diligently. Guide me in seeking Your wisdom and help me remember the needs of others. I surrender my financial worries to You, trusting in Your unfailing love and provision. Amen.

God is your provider

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19).

As human beings, we have needs essential for daily living. When we struggle to get them and our own efforts and resources fall short, some people take turns to seek help from God or other deities. But for us who believe in Jesus, he has given us instructions in Matthew 6:31-33, where he told us "Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall I eat?' or 'What shall I drink?' or 'What shall I wear?' For your heavenly Father knows that you need them all."

God created you with dependence on Him for protection, strength, guidance, and provision. The word of God in Philippians 4:19 affirms God's ability to supply our needs abundantly from His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, also in Psalm 23:1 the word of God declares, "The Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want."

Today I am reminding you that God's wealth surpasses earthly riches because He is the creator of all things. Everything belongs to Him, Psalm 50:10-12 reaffirms this truth: "For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle on a thousand hills. I know all the birds of the hills, and all that moves in the field is mine." Without a doubt, our God is very rich!

His abundance extends beyond material possessions to include intangible blessings like peace, health, and security. His blessings encompass all that you need, I am assuring you today that whatever you ask him in prayer if it is according to His will he will provide it to you.

The phrase "in Christ Jesus" in Philippians 4:19 signifies that your provision comes from your union with Christ. It is within this relationship that you experience the fullness of God's provision and blessings. Ephesians 1:3 confirms this truth, stating, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places."

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your promise in Your word you gave me today, that You will supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Help me to continually Believe and appreciate Your faithfulness in providing for me.

Your life should reflect Christ

Above all else, you must live in a way that brings honor to the good news about Christ. Then, whether I visit you or not, I will hear that all of you think alike. I will know that you are working together and are struggling side by side to get others to believe the good news. Philippians 1:27 CEV

The Holy Spirit is reminding us today to live in a way we reflect Christ in our daily lives. The word of God today is a call to unity and steadfastness in living out the gospel message.

So Let me break down what God is saying in his word today:
1. "You must live in a way that brings honor to the good news about Christ": Here, we are reminded of the importance of living in a manner that reflects the teachings and values of the gospel. It is not about you professing belief in Christ, but also you must demonstrate your faith through your actions and your conduct.
2. "So that whether I come and see you or am absent": Paul was telling Philippians whether he is with them or not, their conduct should remain consistent. This underscores the idea that their commitment to the gospel should not waver based on external circumstances or the presence of particular leaders.
3. "I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel": Paul desired to hear reports of the Philippians' unity and dedication to the faith. Because one of the main reflection of Christ in us is unity. If we live and work in unity, we are portraying the love of Christ in us to the world. This way the world will know we are children of the Most High.

Overall, the word of God today serves as a reminder to us to live lives that reflect the transformative power of the gospel, to remain steadfast in our faith regardless of circumstances, and to prioritize unity and cooperation in our efforts to spread the message of Christ.

Regardless of the cultural context, we are called to exemplify Christ in all aspects of our lives, transforming the world around us for the glory of God.

Now; here are the affirmations of Christ's character and image, along with the renunciation of conformity to worldly things:

1. Affirmation of Christ's Character: "I affirm that Christ's character is my model and example in all things. I strive to emulate his love, kindness, and compassion in every aspect of my life." (Phil 2:5-8)
2. Renunciation of Conformity to Worldly Things: "I renounce conformity to the values and patterns of this world. Instead, I choose to be transformed by the renewing of my mind, aligning myself with the will of God and rejecting anything that contradicts his truth." (Rom 12:2)
3. Affirmation of Reflecting Christ's Light: "I affirm that I am called to be a light in the world, shining brightly with the virtues of Christ—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. I strive to reflect Christ's light in all that I do, bringing glory to God in every circumstance." (Mt 5:14-16)
4. Renunciation of Dishonorable Conduct: "I renounce dishonorable conduct and resolve to keep my behavior honorable among others. Even in the face of opposition or criticism, I will maintain integrity and righteousness, knowing that my actions speak volumes about the character of Christ within me." (1Pet 2:12)
5. Affirmation of Living in Christ's Name: "I affirm that everything I do, whether in word or deed, is to be done in the name of the Lord Jesus. I give thanks to God the Father through him, acknowledging his lordship over my life and seeking to glorify him in all things." (Col 3:17)

There is a reason why believers go through Sufferings

"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." Rom 8:18

Jesus Christ told us, "In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." (John 16:33). In our journey of faith, going through suffering is inevitable. We will indeed go through suffering. Just as Christ suffered, so shall we.

The suffering I'm referring to here is not the suffering humans endure due to sin. There are sufferings people endure as punishment and consequences of their sins and wickedness.

The sufferings of believers and of an unbelievers are different. Job suffered not because he sinned; the Word of God says, "Then the LORD asked Satan, 'Have you considered my servant Job? For there is no one like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil.'" (Job 1:8) Job didn't go through suffering because he committed some sin or was cursed. Job's sufferings came for a specific reason.

Jesus Christ also suffered. All the sufferings He endured were for our redemption. I can categorize these sufferings into two types: the sufferings He endured during His crucifixion and the sufferings He experienced because He took on human nature. This sinful nature afflicted our Saviour.

I want us to learn the main reason God allows suffering for His saints on earth. The Word of God says this about Jesus Christ, "Although he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered." (Hebrews 5:8)

"Obedience" is one of the main reasons God allows suffering. When Satan tempted Job, he said to God, "But stretch out your hand and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face." (Job 1:11) Job's suffering was brought forth to test his faithfulness and obedience to God. God allowed Job's sufferings to see if he would continue to obey His commandments or sin.

What do you do when you go through suffering and difficult times? What do you say? Do you continue to obey God's commandments? Or do you curse him as how the devil wanted Job to do?

Some Christians can not endure sufferings. There are Christians who, every time they go through difficult situations, must offend God, thinking they will repent later. They lack patience. They fail to follow and obey God's commandments.

Today, I want you to know one thing: Sufferings prepare you for the glory that God has prepared for you. God uses them to build you, and what God desires most is obedience. Let not the sufferings and hardships you go through cause you to offend God. Endure because God has prepared good things for you.

Prayer: Jesus Christ, you endured all sufferings without sinning. I ask you to empower me through the Holy Spirit within me to be obedient to God even in the difficult times of my life. So that I may enter in the glory you have prepared. Amen.

God Chose you

"I have raised him up in righteousness, And I will direct all his ways; He shall build My city And let My exiles go free, Not for price nor reward,” Says the LORD of hosts. Isaiah 45:13

This verse is about the king of Persia named Cyrus, who was a non-believer. But God raised him to use him for the special purpose of freeing the children of Israel from exile and rebuilding Jerusalem. Isa 44:28

The major thing to learn here is that God is the one who lifts people up, and when God lifts you up, He doesn't use the criteria that humans use. God has His own criteria, and He lifts up anyone He wants.

Don't think you are unworthy to be used by God because of your background or origin. Sometimes, God also gives you His blessings even if you don't know Him well. Isaiah 45:4 says, "I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me" So, I want you to realize and know that God has chosen you just as you are and then He will transform and shape you to be the person he wants.

Don't reject God's blessings or His call in your life by thinking you are not good enough or you don't meet the standards. If God calls you, respond; if He blesses you, accept His blessings. Don't reject yourself; accept and embrace God's acceptance and love.

In life, when God lifts you to a new level, there will surely be challenges you will have to face. For some people, these challenges have caused them to make mistakes and ruin their lives completely. But when you hold on to God, things will be different because he will guide you and teach you in the way you are supposed to go.

When God says, "I will make all his paths straight," it means that He will remove all obstacles ahead of you. The important thing in your journey as a child of God is to believe that God is ahead of you, He will fight for you, and He will lead you through all challenges until you fulfill His purpose.

PRAYER: Thank you God for Your love and Your grace in my life. Thank You for loving me just as I am. I know You have a special purpose for my life. I believe You are with me to guide me until I fulfill Your purpose on earth. Amen.

The Power of God's Word to Overcome Sin

In our journey of faith, one of our greatest challenges is battling sin. It constantly seeks to entice and weaken our connection with God. However, the Bible provides us with a powerful solution to this problem. Psalm 119:11 sums it up perfectly: "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you." Let's see how the Word of God gives us the strength to conquer sin.

Our hearts are the core of our being, influencing our actions and decisions. Proverbs 4:23 advises us to protect our hearts because they determine the course of our lives. By filling our hearts with God's Word, we create a barrier against the influence of sin.

While many books offer moral guidance, none compare to the Bible's authority. Hebrews 4:12 describes the Word of God as living and powerful, able to discern our thoughts and intentions. Its divine nature sets it apart and equips us for spiritual battle.

Reading the Bible regularly is essential for absorbing its teachings. Daily immersion in Scripture helps us understand God's truth and guards our minds against sin's deception. Psalm 1:2-3 describes the benefits of meditating on God's Word day and night, comparing it to a tree planted by a stream, flourishing, and bearing fruit.

As we read the Word of God, it illuminates the path of righteousness, showing us how to live according to God's will. Psalm 119:105 compares God's Word to a lamp that lights our way, helping us avoid sin's traps. By following its teachings, we cultivate a lifestyle of obedience and holiness.

John 6:63 tells us that God's words are spirit and life, giving us the strength to overcome sin's hold on us. Through Christ, we gain authority over sin, as Romans 6:14 assures us that sin no longer dominates our lives under grace.

In summary, Psalm 119:11 reminds us of the transformative power of God's Word. By immersing ourselves in Scripture, guarding our hearts, and living according to its principles, we can overcome sin's influence in our lives.

Prayer: Lord, I pray for your strength to read and study your word every day, Holy Spirit teach me and help me to understand God's word so that my heart may be filled with it and I may have the power to overcome the temptations of sin. Amen

All afflictions are temporary, God will deliver you

"The afflictions of the righteous are many, but the LORD delivers him from them all." Psalm 34:19

Today, God's word is strengthening you as you go through life's challenges and sufferings. Don't think that maybe God doesn't love you because you're experiencing the troubles of this world.

When the word says "the afflictions of the righteous," it means that even God's blameless people suffer. When you face afflictions and troubles, it doesn't mean you've sinned or you're unworthy. No! Even the righteous suffer many afflictions.

So, Child of God, know that troubles and sufferings are part of the righteous life. We have much to learn from Job, who endured immense suffering. And God testified of him to Satan, saying, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil." Job 1:8

Jesus Christ also told us, "In the world, you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." John 16:33 So, suffering and tribulation are things we will encounter in our lives, and it doesn't mean that the one suffering lacks something or is weaker than the one who isn't suffering.

The good news today is the promise God has given us in this word: "But the LORD delivers him from them all." Psalm 34:19 God has assured us of His healing and salvation. He has promised to heal all afflictions, not some, but all.

Some people have lost hope because there's something they've been praying for, for a long time, but it hasn't been answered yet. Everything else has been answered by God, except that particular problem. So, they've come to accept that problem as a part of their lives. They feel like God won't answer it. The word says, "God will heal all." There's no illness or disease that is yours. No affliction is yours permanently. All the sufferings you're going through are temporary, and

God will heal all your afflictions and you will live a life of joy and peace, praising your God for his goodness and grace in your life.

PRAYER: Thank you, LORD, for your promise to heal me and deliver me from all afflictions. Today, I surrender myself to you in faith, believing that you can save me from all my troubles, Amen.

Trust in God's Justice

" Do not say, “I will repay evil”; wait for the Lord, and he will deliver you." Proverbs 20:22

We need God's special grace to be gentle and patient when people wrong us. Because it's very difficult for a wounded heart to be patient and enduring, especially when one has the power and ability to retaliate.

The word of God warns us not to say, “I will repay evil” Just the act of saying you will repay someone with evil is a sin, even if you will not do it. Many people are very quick to react by speaking negative and evils, especially when they are offended and angered.

How many times have you said, either in your heart or openly, that you will do harm to someone? Today, let's pray to God to help us first with our mouths. Because it's very difficult to refrain from doing something that you have already confessed. What you speak you creates.

What God wants from His people is for us all to live in love and peace and to tolerate each other. He has said in His word, "Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord. On the contrary: 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.' Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." Romans 12:17-21.

So we must be patient and love one another, and do good to even those who do evil to us. Because "Whoever rewards evil for good, evil will not depart from their house." Proverbs 17:13

"The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever." Amen. 1 Peter 4:7-11 NIV

Prayer: O LORD, I pray that you grant me a spirit of humility, patience, and boundless love so that I may do good even to those who do me harm. I ask for your forgiveness for repaying evil instead of good. Amen.

Reflecting Christ Through Good Works

Titus 1:16 (NIV) reads: "They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good."

The word of God today is addressing people who profess to know God, yet their actions contradict their profession of faith. The phrase "They claim to know God" suggests that these individuals outwardly profess belief in God and engage in Christian practices like attending church services, praying, and fasting. However, there is an inconsistency between their profession and their behavior. That’s why the bible says "by their actions, they deny him." This denial of God through their actions reveals their true nature and character that they don't belong to Christ.

As Christians, we are called to display testimonies of God's grace and love in the world. Our faith should not merely be a set of beliefs we profess, but a transformative power that shapes our attitudes, actions, and interactions with others.

God's word today is addressing believers whose actions contradict their profession of faith, and we are called to live a genuine righteous life.

Evil and wicked practices have been tolerated and accepted in the church today by some of our spiritual leaders because they have failed to overcome them and have convinced their followers to accept them as normal part of Christian's life too. But,

The Bible has always condemned all kinds of sins and evil practices, including dishonesty, immorality, and injustice. Ephesians 5:11 it urges us to "have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." This admonition calls us to confront and reject behaviours that oppose God's principles of righteousness. Whether it be deceitfulness (Proverbs 12:22), sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18), or oppression of the vulnerable (Isaiah 1:17), we are called to stand firm in righteousness and resist the kinds of sin.

The Bible abounds with exhortations to pursue righteousness and engage in acts of kindness, compassion, and justice. Jesus himself declared, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven" (Matthew 5:16). Our good works serve as a testimony to the transformative power of Christ in our lives, drawing others to faith and glorifying God. James 2:26 reminds us that faith without works is dead, emphasizing the inseparable link between genuine faith and righteous actions.

Prayer:
Jesus, I pray, Help me to be like a bright light, bringing hope and peace to people who sometimes feel sad and lost because of bad things they do. Please help me to be good in what I say and do so that others can see You in me. Help me to remember what Titus 1:16 says and to live the way I believe. Let my life show how powerful Jesus is, so that others will want to know Him too. Give me the strength to live a holy and righteous life. Amen

You belong to Christ

"Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?" 1 Corinthians 1:13

The problem that troubled the church of Corinth then is the same problem that troubles the church of God today. Deceptive spirits have infiltrated churches to mislead God's people, and false teachings are now accepted and perceived as normal.

The church of God is one, and we Christians are supposed to be united; this is how God desires His church to be.

Today, we will briefly look at one of the things that causes division in the church of God.

People have become followers of People instead of Christ. The Word of God says in 1 Corinthians 11:1, "Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ." Paul told the Corinthians that they should imitate how he follows Christ, or we can say he told them to follow him because he follows Christ or to imitate him because he imitates Christ.

The question to ask yourself is: Does the Man of God you follow follow Christ? Whether it's a Pastor, Bishop, Apostle, Prophet, Teacher, Evangelist, or whatever name they have. What you should follow, imitate, and learn from them is how they follow Christ. Let no human take the place of God in your life. You must always evaluate your Spiritual leader's conduct using the Word of God so that you don't follow someone who misleads you, and your faith becomes in vain, and you may end up lost and not entering into eternal life.

The Word of God warns us that "But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." 2 Timothy 3:13. But God also continues to urge you who know His truth not to be deceived, saying, "But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus." 2 Timothy 3:14-15.

Therefore, child of God, if you have already been taught the Word of God and know the truth, stay in that truth. Do not be swayed by deceptive spirits that bring division and separation in the Church of Christ and even in our families.

Jesus Christ is one, and His church is one. And you belong to Christ, not to anyone else. Your spiritual leader should teach you and lead you to know Christ; he should not take His place.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, we are Your people whom You have purchased with Your precious blood. We ask You to protect us from all deceptive spirits so that we may continue to be Your followers and not followers of humans. Amen.

Accept God's Forgiveness

"that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:19 NIV "

In this word, we see that the main actor in bringing people back to God is God himself. All we have to do is believe and accept the work that God has done for us.

And the basic thing that I want us to see in this verse here is when he says "not counting people’s sins against them." The biggest thing that bothers Christians today, and maybe you are one of them, is the guilt and judgment of the mistakes and sins you have committed.

But the word says God does not count our mistakes once we are reconciled to him through Christ. The question arises: why do you continue to feel judged and condemned even after you repent and ask God for His forgiveness?

God's intention is not to condemn people he loves; his intention is reconciliation. And if you still feel judged, especially after repenting, then know that it is the enemy who has placed that judgment in your heart so that you continue to be at enmity with God.

Let me explore the means by which the enemy is using to judge and condemn God's people.

Self-judgment: Col 1:21 says, "And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled." Our sins make us enemies with God. And they create that mentality in our minds to see that God hates us because of our imperfections. So after repenting, you must ask God to renew your mind because God may forgive you, but you can still be judging yourself and counting your sins while God has forgiven you.

People: Colossians 2:16-17 says, "Let no man therefore judge you..." People have the tendency to count people’s mistakes and sins, and they can judge you to the point you feel God is also judging and counting your sins. Because the people who are doing this may be your fellow believers or spiritual leaders, and they use Scriptures to place judgment on you. But I want to assure you, if you repent, God is faithful; he forgives your sins and doesn't remember them anymore. In Isaiah 43:25, we hear God declare of himself, "I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins."

Satan: Revelation 12:10-12 says: "Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down."

We can see the devil as our accuser practically when we read the story of Job. So don't allow your heart and mind to be influenced by the devil, especially when you go before God to pray. Don't listen to any voices which tell you you are not acceptable before God. Have faith in the work of the cross of Jesus. That you are reconciled to God and he is no longer counting your sins.

Now don't allow man or the devil to judge you, accept God's forgiveness, stop judging yourself, and don't accept people’s judgments in your heart.

PRAYER:
Thank you, Father God, for your forgiveness and for reconciling me and you through Christ Jesus. I give my heart to you, remove all judgments, and give me your peace and assurance of my forgiveness, Amen.

Praying for Financial Breakthrough

Alignment with God's Will

Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God. May Your gracious Spirit lead me on level ground. Psalm 143:10 HCSB

For the past few days we have been learning from the word of God on how we can overcome our financial challenges and the word of God Gave us knowledge of God's divine ability to provide for our needs. Also, we got instructions from the word of God on how to pray for our finances. Today we continue on the same topic and there is something profound God is speaking to us from Psalms 143:10

The Word of God today teaches us the importance of humility and a recognition of our need for divine instruction. This suggests that in pursuing financial success, we should approach it with a humble heart, acknowledging that our plans and efforts should align with God's purpose.

Financial success is not solely about our efforts or strategies but about aligning our desires and actions with God's will. By seeking His guidance, following His principles, and relying on His Spirit, we can navigate the complexities of financial stewardship and find success that is not only material but also spiritual and meaningful.

The acknowledgment that God is the ultimate authority and guide implies that our financial decisions should be made in accordance with His principles and values. This might involve stewardship, generosity, integrity, and ethical conduct in our financial dealings.

The mention of the " May Your gracious Spirit lead me on level ground " suggests that when we align our actions with God's will, He will guide us in paths that are morally upright and conducive to our overall well-being, including financial prosperity.

Throughout the Bible, there are numerous references emphasizing the importance of seeking God's guidance in all aspects of life, including finances. Proverbs 3:5-6 urges us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and not to lean on our own understanding, but to acknowledge Him in all our ways, and He will make our paths straight. The Word of God has always highlighted the significance of relying on God's wisdom and direction rather than relying solely on our own intellect or plans.

Prayer:
Prayer for Discernment and Clarity (Proverbs 19:21):
Heavenly Father, I come before You, acknowledging Your sovereignty and wisdom. Your Word reminds me that many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is Your purpose that prevails. Lord, I confess that at times I am overwhelmed by the multitude of plans and ideas swirling in my mind. Grant me clarity and discernment to distinguish Your will from the distractions of this world.

Further Prayer Points:
Guidance and Surrender (Psalm 25:4-5):
God, teach me Your ways and lead me in Your truth. I surrender my plans to Your guidance.
Trust and Dependence (Proverbs 3:5-6):
Lord, I trust in You with all my heart. Direct my steps according to Your will.
Focus and Priorities (Matthew 6:33):
Help me seek Your kingdom first above all else. Keep my focus on Your purposes.
Confidence in God's Sovereignty (Isaiah 55:8-9):
God, Your ways are higher than mine. I trust in Your sovereign control over my life.
Strength to Obey (Philippians 2:13):
Lord, empower me to walk in Your will. Work in me to fulfill Your purposes.

God Bless You🙏

Faith for Provision

Praying for Financial Breakthrough

Today, we will ask God to increase our faith so that we can firmly believe He will provide for our needs and He will give us grace to overcome every financial challenge we have.

The Word of God says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." - Romans 10:17. The faith you have is a result of what you hear. Sadly, what is being reported in media and news about the matters of the economy is largely negative. And the worst thing is, many Christians believe and live by what the media is saying.

It is time to turn from listening to what the media and economic analysts are saying and turn back to what the Word of God is saying.

Negativity has corrupted the minds of believers to the point where some Christians have accepted that it is very hard for them to be successful in life just by believing in God. They believe success is for worldly people like celebrities and superstars they see on television and social media. Our young generation has been brainwashed to believe that in order to be successful, you must be like these people the see on social media, you must live like them, you must do what they do. Imagine the amount of destruction the enemy has done to this generation.

You can also see cults and Satanism have become so popular, and many people are being persuaded to join these secret societies because they believe wealth and success come from them. Because that is what they see on social media. And some of these people who are into these Satanic cults are in the church. This means that they are in the church but don't believe in God; for them, church attendance is a part of their traditions.

Today, we have a simple but very powerful scripture for this age we are living in: "And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." We have been so concerned with our daily needs because as the world advances economically, the means of surviving are getting hard. But if we ask God, He said "whatever," He will provide for us.

If it is the job you need, ask God and believe; if you want to establish your business, ask God and believe. You don't need to join satanic cults; God can give it to you, he said "whatever" you need he will guve to you. But you must ask in faith.

The purpose of this word today is, God wants you to believe in Him again and pray to Him by faith. So if you faith has become weak, Ask Him today to increase your faith.

Faith paves a way for you to receive what you are praying for. Faith does not deny the facts, but faith works against the facts. Hebrews 11:1 says faith is the assurance of things you hoped for, meaning if you apply faith to your current financial conditions, God will turn things around to favor you.

Prayer points:
1. Faith for Provision: Pray for an increase in faith to fully trust in God's provision, believing that He is faithful to fulfill His promises even in your financial matters (Matthew 21:22; Hebrews 11:6).
2. Ask God to help you hear what He is saying about your prosperity and success. (Habakkuk 2:2-3)
3. Prayer for divine direction: Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to a place where your blessings are, as described in Genesis 12:1-3.
4. Prayer for divine favor and acceptance at your workplace. If you are looking for a job, pray that you may be accepted wherever you go. (Proverbs 3:3-4)
5. Prayer against economic barriers set by the enemy. Pray for the breaking of the spirit of poverty and lack. (Deuteronomy 8:18)

Be still and trust God

"For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: “In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.” But you would not," Isa 30:15 SUV

In this world, which is characterized by chaos, conflict, and uncertainty, the concept of strength is often associated with power, might, and military prowess. However, the scriptures offer a different perspective on where true strength is found. It is not in human strategies or military power but rather in quietness and trust in God.

The word of God today delivers a powerful message emphasizing that our salvation and strength lie not in our own abilities or alliances but in quietness and trust in our God. This verse encapsulates a profound truth that resonates throughout the Bible: God's strength is made perfect in our weakness, and true power is found in surrendering to His will.

Quietness, as described in this verse, goes beyond mere silence. It suggests a state of inner peace, calmness, and tranquility—a heart undisturbed by the storms of life. It is a posture of surrender, where one relinquishes control and allows God to take the reins. In Psalm 46:10, the Bible says, "Be still, and know that I am God." This stillness is not passive but an active choice to trust in God's sovereignty despite the circumstances.

Furthermore, quietness is closely intertwined with trust. Trust involves a deep reliance on God's faithfulness and promises. It requires us to let go of our fears, worries, and anxieties and place our confidence entirely in Him. The word of God in Proverbs 3:5-6 says "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Trusting in God acknowledges His wisdom and goodness, even when we cannot see the way ahead.

The Bible is replete with examples of individuals who found strength in quietness and trust. David, facing the giant Goliath, declared, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer" (Psalm 18:2). His confidence was not in his own strength but in God's power to deliver him. Also, when the Israelites stood at the edge of the Red Sea with Pharaoh's army closing in, Moses told them, "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14).

Even in the New Testament, Jesus exemplified quietness and trust in the midst of adversity. In the Garden of Gethsemane, facing the agony of the cross, He prayed, "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done" (Luke 22:42). Jesus' surrender to the Father's will demonstrated the ultimate act of trust and paved the way for our salvation.

Your true strength is not found in your strategies but in quietness and in trusting God. As you navigate through the challenges of life, may God help you to follow the example of those who have gone before us, finding your strength in surrendering to His will and trusting in His unfailing love.

Prayer: Father, you know my heart, I pray to you, help me to rely on you and to trust you always. I surrender to your Holy Spirit, so He May Guide me in Life. Through all life’s challenges and troubles, I keep my trust in you. I know you are with me to lead me in the way I should go, and you are fighting my battles. Amen

Don't forget your past.

Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come, Let this blest assurance control, That Christ hath regarded my helpless estate, And hath shed His own blood for my soul.
It is well, it is well with my soul.

This song was written by Horatio Spafford after his four children died and he lost all of his wealth. There are times in life when we go through difficult things, things we were not prepared for, and things no human would wish to experience.

But the tough question many of us ask ourselves is, "Why did God allow it?" These are things that every time we remember, they bring tears because they were very difficult for our hearts to endure. And there comes a point where we wish to forget them all and never remember them again.

But today God tells us the reason for all this as His word says, "And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no." Deuteronomy 8:2 KJV

Today I want our focus to be on this phrase "And thou shalt remember all the way", i am emphasizing again "all the way" God wants you to remember all of your journey, not some or part of it, but all of it.

There are sayings and quotes all over the internet that people say about forgetting the past, but God commands us differently from those sayings. And I want to tell you that your journey is a treasure and testimony of God's faithfulness and power to save humanity.

Yesterday, we saw that trials and tribulations teach us obedience, but today, God adds another thing "Humility". All the trials and difficult things we go through teach us humility and to rely on God. Because in these times our human abilities and intelligence reached their limits, but God in His great mercy and grace carried us through.

Now, child of God, do not be ashamed of your past or forget where God brought you from. Some Christians do not want to talk about their past experiences and lives. They feel ashamed, and some pretend as if they are very holy, people who were always perfect. They make themselves forget where they came from.

God wants you to remember and tell others as a testimony that God can save, God forgives sins, God lifts people up, and most importantly, God changes people.

PRAYER: O Lord Jesus, you are my Saviour, you have saved me from sin, trouble, and suffering, you have changed me and made me your child. I ask that I may always remember your goodness and testify to others who are hopeless so they may be saved and uplifted. Amen.

God is my protector

Psalm 91:2 reads, "I will say to the Lord, 'My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."

This verse encapsulates a profound declaration of trust and confidence in God's protective care. It serves as an affirmation of the believer's unwavering faith in the Lord's ability to provide security and refuge in times of trouble.

In times of uncertainty and challenges, may you find solace and strength in the Lord. Just as the psalmist declared their unwavering trust in the Lord as their refuge and fortress, may you also find courage to vocalize your faith and dependence on God.

Remember that you are not alone in your struggles. God, your refuge and fortress, is with you every step of the way. He is your shelter in the midst of life's storms, your stronghold in times of adversity. Trust in His steadfast love and faithfulness, knowing that He is always present to protect and guide you.

Divine Protection Affirmation:

I will not fear, for God is with me; He is my strength, my helper, and He holds me up with His powerful hand (Isaiah 41:10). I choose to dwell in God's shelter and rest in His protection. He is my refuge, my fortress, and I trust in Him (Psalm 91:1-2). No weapon formed against me will succeed, and every accusation against me will be proven wrong. This is my inheritance as a servant of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord rescues me from all harm and brings me safely into His kingdom. To Him be the glory forever (2 Timothy 4:18). God you are faithful; you establish me and guard me against the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Lord you are my shepherd, I lack nothing. You lead me beside peaceful streams and restore my soul. Even in difficult times, I fear no evil, for you are always with me, comforting and providing for me (Psalm 23:1-4). My God is my rock, my refuge, my shield, and my savior. When I call upon Him, He saves me from my enemies (2 Samuel 22:3-4). My reverence to you Lord leads me to life, satisfaction, and protection from harm (Proverbs 19:23). God you are my refuge and strength, always ready to help me in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Despite facing troubles, God you preserves my life and delivers me from the wrath of my enemies (Psalm 138:7). I submit to you my God and resist the devil in your name and he flees from me (James 4:7). Your name Lord is a strong tower; I run to you and find safety (Proverbs 18:10). God you are my hiding place; You protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance (Psalm 32:7). God has a plan to provide for your needs

"You will drink from the brook, and I have directed the ravens to supply you with food there.” 1 Kings 17:4 NIV

Our God is a loving father who knows what His children need. By his divine abilities, he can sustain us in different situations. No environment or condition can be an obstacle to stop him from delivering your needs.

When drought struck Israel in the times of Elijah. God had prepared a plan to sustain his servant. The word of God says in Isaiah 65:13 "Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed"

Don't be intimidated by what is happening around you. In the midst of that situation, God has a plan for you. Don't count yourself among those who are heading towards destruction. The Bible says, "But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition;" Heb 10:39. With God on our side, we will overcome every challenge.

Let us see what God told Elijah during drought and famine in Israel "Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah: “Leave here, turn eastward and hide in the Kerith Ravine, east of the Jordan. You will drink from the brook, and I have directed the ravens to supply you with food there.” 1Kings 17:2-4

From these verses, I want you to know these three things:
1. God asked Elijah to leave where he was. "Leave here" When God tells you to move, obey him. Sometimes, God's plan can not be executed where you are. You can see this also in Gen 12:1-2
2. He also told him, "You will drink from the brook." A river here signifies supply abundance and life. God can not take you to dry places. Whenever he takes you, He will provide you with abundance and life.
3. Lastly - "The Ravens," the Bible says, "I have directed the ravens to supply you with food there." There is much to say about why God used ravens because according to the law, ravens are unclean birds, but God used them anyway. Today, just know this, Sometimes your help will not come from the people you expected. God can use anyone to help you.

Prayer: Father, help me to trust and obey everything you tell me because you have prepared a good plan for me. Teach me how to hear and follow the voice of your Holy Spirit. Amen

Rehoboth

"He moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called it Rehoboth, saying, 'Now the LORD has given us room and we will flourish in the land.' Genesis 26:22 ESV

Rehoboth means "broad places." Isaac reached this area after facing a significant challenge of digging wells that his father had dug before, but the Philistines had stopped them. Then he decided to leave the conflicted area and go to another place to dig his own well there.

"He said, 'Now the LORD has given us room, and we will flourish in the land.'" Today, the Word of God teaches us that even when you face many challenges in your life, especially in the area where you live or work, know that God has prepared a place of peace and prosperity for you a place where you will flourish.

Today, pray to God to change your mindset; do not have the perspective that where you are is the only place you can succeed. Perhaps God wants you to go somewhere else and do something different, and there He will bless you.

Firstly, "Try new opportunities" beyond the boundaries of family and the usual routine you are accustomed to. The wells Isaac dug belonged to his father Abraham and were contested by the Philistines. Isaac wanted to continue using his father's wells, but God wanted him to dig his own new wells. In short, Isaac's investment in digging these wells was a loss. Do not be afraid to start something new, whether it is a business or a job you have never done before; if you believe in God, He will help you to succeed.

Secondly, "Be innovative." A person may do a certain business or job in a particular area and succeed greatly, but when you try the same thing there, you fail. It is normal. It doesn't mean that you are cursed or don't have the ability to prosper. While Abraham was alive, he dug these wells in the Gerar Valley and used them without any problem. When he died, they were stopped by philistines. But when Isaac tried to dig them again, the Philistines came to compete with him and took them from him. Isaac left this place and dug his own new well. There comes a time when your path to success lies where you decide to do your own thing. Find your Rehoboth.

Thirdly, "Be Visionary" although Isaac acknowledges with his mouth, "God has given us room," he called that place Rehoboth, meaning a spacious and large area. Isaac was a man of great vision; That little he was given by God, he believed would be vast and large. And you, do not despise a little God has given you; believe it will grow and become large. God will open a door of blessing and increase you.

PRAYER: O Lord, grant me the knowledge of where my blessing lies, and I pray let Your Spirit guide me to go and do that thing which carries my blessings. I believe you are with me and will not leave me. Amen."
