"Today, Russian Cossacks represent an integral and dynamically developing part of civil society. This development has become possible thanks to the targeted state policy consistently carried out for many years by the head of state – Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

Never before, since the beginning of the Cossack revival, has the state paid such attention to interaction with the Russian Cossacks," noted Vitaly Kuznetsov.

In his report, the All-Russian Ataman also touched on topics:

🔵 development of military Cossack societies, including the dynamic process of establishing Cossacks in new territories,
🔵 the role of the Cossacks in strengthening defense capabilities and addressing territorial defense tasks, including joining the mobilization human reserve, conducting non-military field training with reserve Cossacks,
🔵 providing humanitarian aid to residents of historical territories and Cossack volunteer units, rehabilitation of Cossacks participating in the special military operation,
🔵 state service of the Russian Cossacks,
🔵 improvement of the continuous Cossack education system,
🔵 formation of the Cossack personnel reserve and systematic training of future leaders, work on improving the qualifications of current atamans of Cossack troops,
🔵 development of physical culture and sports among Cossack youth,
🔵 systematic work on creating military resource grant centers.
