❗️Депутат парламента Нового Южного Уэльса готовит ходатайство о помиловании Семена Бойкова, известного как @AussieCossack.

Сидней, 21 ноября 2025 года — Член Законодательного совета Нового Южного Уэльса (NSW) от Либертарианской партии Джон Раддик готовит парламентское ходатайство, в котором рекомендует генеральному прокурору штата Майклу Дейли рассмотреть вопрос о помиловании Симеона Бойкова, более известного как блогер Aussie Cossack.

Бойков почти три года находится в здании Генерального консульства России в Сиднее, скрывается от ареста по двум ордерам полиции NSW.

По словам источников, близких к делу, Дейли, может поддержать применение королевской прерогативы милосердия (Royal Prerogative of Mercy).

Эта прерогатива позволяет губернатору NSW даровать помилование по рекомендации парламента в случаях крайней необходимости или серьезных гуманитарных оснований.

В своем трехминутном выступлении в парламенте 11 ноября Джон Раддик подчеркнул наличие таких оснований в деле Бойкова, включая предстоящее рождение его первого ребенка и роль блогера в разоблачении педофила Алексея Розентула, осужденного в 2025 году на 19 лет тюрьмы.

Семен Бойков разыскивается полицией NSW:

1. За неявку для отбытия оставшейся части 10-месячного срока за нарушение судебного запрета на публикацию имени Алексея Розентула в 2022.

2. За нападении на участника проукраинской акции в декабре 2022 года.

Инцидент был актом необходимой самообороны: про-украирский активист сам напал на выставленную руку Бойкова.

Сторонники Бойкова считают обвинения политически мотивированными и настаивают на полном снятии charges.

Сам блогер, получивший российское гражданство по указу президента РФ Путина, неоднократно заявлял, что "русские не сдаются" и предпочитает оставаться в консульском заточении нежели возвращаться в австралийскую тюрьму.

Ходатайство Раддика может быть вынесено на рассмотрение парламента в ближайшие недели.

⚡️Intel drop: NSW Parliamentarian John Ruddick is preparing a parliamentary motion advising NSW Attorney General The Hon. Michael Daley recommends a pardon for Simeon Boikov aka The Aussie Cossack.

Michael Daley is also the Member for Maroubra in the NSW Parliament and is likely to support a Royal Prerogative pardon by the Governor to free Aussie Cossack and end the 1070 day diplomatic stand off at the Russian Consulate in Sydney.

The Royal prerogative of mercy is a broad discretion to dispense clemency.

It is exercised in NSW by the Governor of New South Wales on the advice of the Executive Council as a matter of common law and is preserved by section 7 of the Australia Act 1986 (Cth), the Australia Act 1986 (United Kingdom), and Part 2A of the Constitution Act (NSW) 1902.

There are, strictly speaking, no legal restrictions upon the sorts of matters that may be taken into account by the Attorney General when advising the Governor whether or not to exercise the prerogative.

The Attorney General would normally consider advising the Governor to exercise the power only in circumstances of extreme hardship or on some other serious compassionate ground.

❗️Chief Military Chaplain of the Special Military Operation: SBU Accusation is a Mark of Quality Work

⚡️The Security Service of Ukraine has charged the chief military chaplain in the Special Military Operation zone, Archpriest Dimitry Vasilenkov.

The SBU accuses him of visiting the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics since 2014 and supporting the Russian special military operation.

Archpriest Dimitry commented on this for RIA Novosti:

"Regarding what they brought up: you know, if you’re afraid of wolves, don’t go into the forest. On the contrary, this is a mark of quality of our work. It means we are doing the right thing, and doing it correctly. I am satisfied."

Answering a question about possible assassination attempts, Father Dimitry added:

"There is already a hunt for priests going on. And there have already been attempts on my life — you have to face all kinds of things. But this doesn’t surprise us — it means we are doing the right thing."

The enemy understands: a warrior living by the faith in Christ is more dangerous to him. Such a warrior is not cowardly. He knows what he stands for and is ready to go to the end.
