Investigators of the Investigative Committee of Russia are recording the consequences of the shelling of residential areas of Leninsky and Voroshilovsky districts of Donetsk by the armed forces of Ukraine.

It was established that residential buildings and a school were damaged as a result of the shelling. Military facilities and equipment are not located here.

During the inspection of the attacked area, fragments of a UAV were found, which will be seized and sent for examination to clarify the specific type of projectile.

Information about the victims and damage is also being clarified.

❗️BREAKING: NSW Member of Parliament has just been denied permission for a "welfare visit" to the Russian Consulate to see Simeon Boikov The Aussie Cossack. 🇷🇺🇦🇺

The formal written denial for Ruddick's visit request was issued by Russia's new consulate General in Sydney Ms. Zarina Gabieva citing "security concerns".

Ms. Zarina Gabieva did not specify which particular "security concerns" prevented John Ruddick MLC from conducting a welfare check Aussie Cossack who has now been locked in the Russian Consulate for 1070 days.

On the 3rd of November John Ruddick addressed NSW Parliament with a 3 minute speech urging the NSW Attorney General to find a resolution to Aussie Cossack's plight noting that in a matter of weeks Aussie Cossack's son is due to be born.

In his speech to NSW Parliament Ruddick also revealed that he had previously made a welfare check on Aussie Cossack at the Russian Consulate describing it as a "drab Soviet building".
