H.E. Mr Nathi Mthethwa was a prominent politician who served his country as Minister of Police, Minister of Arts and Culture, as well as in the diplomatic field.

During my posting as Ambassador of the Russian Federation to South Africa, I had the honour of knowing Nathi personally. I will always remember our cooperation for the benefit of bilateral relations between Russia and South Africa.

I extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to Nathi Mthethwa’s family, friends, and colleagues.
