The child victims have already made statements to detectives and provided bank statements which show transactions from Lee Madden into the children's bank accounts in exchange for illegal child porn.

Why have the police still not arrested Lee Madden? It's no wonder many fathers, brothers and concerned family members resort to vigilante methods to deal with scum like Lee Madden when the police are useless.
