❗️Australia has formally recognised Palestine as a sovereign state, becoming one of more than 150 countries to do so.
The move was previewed in August but became official on Sunday in a joint statement by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Foreign Minister Penny Wong.
"Australia recognises the legitimate and long-held aspirations of the people of Palestine to a state of their own," the pair said.

❗️If the Australian Federal Police are serious about stopping child abusers they would raid, arrest and charge Lee Madden who targets 13 year old girls on tiktok to procure home made child pornography from them.
The child victims have already made statements to detectives and provided bank statements which show transactions from Lee Madden into the children's bank accounts in exchange for illegal child porn.
Why have the police still not arrested Lee Madden? It's no wonder many fathers, brothers and concerned family members resort to vigilante methods to deal with scum like Lee Madden when the police are useless.
⚡️Why are police in Australia so reluctant to investigate and prosecute paedophiles???

❗️A former Australian diplomat who served at the embassy in Washington DC has been accused of sexually abusing three young children who visited his home for playdates with his kids.
Thomas Austin Mahony has been charged with first and second degree child abuse in the United States and if convicted, faces a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
The DC Metropolitan Police Department alleged Mahony targeted the children of close family friends, including two seven-year-old girls and a boy aged eight over a period from 2023 up until his arrest in July.
The 43-year-old married father-of-three, who volunteered at kids swimming groups in DC, had previously worked at the Australian embassy in the US capital and at the time of his arrest, was working as a consultant for the World Bank.
Mahony has been charged with two counts of first degree child sex abuse and one count of second degree child sex abuse and will face court again next month.
