What types of arbitration are there? Let's look into it.

📍Inter-exchange - is arbitrage between two different exchanges. This includes both arbitrage between two centralized (cex), and between two decentralized exchanges (dex), as well as a combination of dex+cex. We make money on the difference in the rate of a trading asset on different exchanges.

📍Intra-exchange - is arbitrage within an exchange, where we work with at least three related trading pairs. We also make money on the differences in the values of the assets.

One of the main differences between dex and cex is that transactions are processed directly through the blockchain using smart contracts, without the involvement of an intermediary in the form of the exchange itself, as in the case of cex.

📍Cex exchanges are actively used because of their more convenient interface and variety of tools, making them easier for most people to work with than dex.
📍Dex exchanges are not as popular among users, and therefore, fewer transactions pass through them. This is good for us because there is a greater chance of catching a price lag on an asset during a sudden change in price and earning from arbitrage.

​​What is inter-exchange cryptocurrency arbitrage?

Arbitrage is earning on the difference in rates of coins between two or more exchanges. For example, on one exchange TWT can be $1.3, and on another $1.35. At this difference in 0.05 cents we can earn 💰

This way works for many years and it is widely known by experienced users of cryptocurrencies. Arbitrage is not the same as trading and you do not bear any risks in arbitrage.
