Читать полностью…A second season of the Kakegurui (Kakegurui: Compulsive Gambler) anime series was announced at the "Hyakkaou Private Academy Cultural Festival" special event on Saturday, which was hosted by the video content planning and production company Avex Pictures. More details will be revealed at a later date.
Drawn by Homura Kawamoto and Tooru Naomura, Kakegurui began its serialization in Gangan Joker in March 2014. The magazine has also been serializing the series' prequel manga by Katsura Saiki's as well as Taku Kawamura's 4-koma spin-off since September 2015 and December 2016, respectively. A third spin-off manga drawn by Yuuichi Hiiragi, which focuses on the character Midari Ikishima and her past, has been serialized in Manga UP magazine since February 2017. The ninth volume of Kakegurui, the sixth volume of Saiki's prequel manga, the third volume of Kawamura's 4-koma spin-off, and the second volume of Hiiragi's Kakegurui Midari spin-off manga are all scheduled for a January 27 release.
The manga inspired a 12-episode TV anime by studio MAPPA in Summer 2017, which concluded with an anime-original story. A live-action TV series adaptation is set to premiere on MBS' "Doramaism" (Dramaism) programming block on January 14.
Netflix streamed the anime series in Japan and plans to stream it outside of Japan this year. Yen Press licensed the manga for North American release and published the third compiled volume in November 2017
A booklet included in the Blu-ray volume of Ougi Dark arc from the second installment of Owarimonogatari anime series, which ships on Wednesday, has revealed that Zoku Owarimonogatari, the sixth and last volume of NisiOisiN's Monogatari Series: Final Season novel series, will receive an anime adaptation in 2018. The official website has revealed a preview and a key visual (pictured).
Zoku Owarimonogatari contains the Koyomi Reverse arc, and was published by Kodansha in September 2014. The arc takes place after the college entrance exams but before the events in Hanamonogatari.
The first anime adaptation of the Monogatari Series: Final Season novel series aired in Fall 2014 with Tsukimonogatari. The second anime adaptation covering the third and fourth volume, Owarimonogatari, followed in Fall 2015. Koyomimonogatari, the second volume of the series, was adapted as a 12-episode net anime and streamed through its titular smartphone application earlier last year. The official website has revealed a preview and key visual (pictured).
The sequel to Owarimonogatari, which is the series' recent anime adaptation, aired as a two-day special on August 12 and August 13, adapting the Mayoi Hell, Hitagi Rendezvous, and Ougi Dark arcs from the fifth volume.

The franchise had previously received a TV series by studio Sunrise that aired for 25 episodes between April and September 2011. In addition, a side story film premiered in September 2012, followed by a sequel titled Tiger & Bunny 2: The Rising in February 2014.
A manga adaptation written and illustrated by Mizuki Sakakibara was serialized in Kadokawa Shoten's Newtype Ace magazine from September 2011 to December 2014. The manga has released nine compiled volumes. Additionally, a one-shot, three-volume comic anthology, and a seven-volume alternative comic by Erika Yoshida and Hiroshi Ueda were also published. A video game, stage play and a live-action film were also released.
Viz Media has licensed both the anime and the manga for North American distribution and released the TV series and the side story throughout 2013, with the sequel movie in February 2015. The manga was released in English between April 2013 and November 2016.
Tiger & Bunny had previously topped NHK's Best 100 anime last year, and its main characters Kotetsu T. Kaburagi and Barnaby Brooks Jr. made the top 10 list of the broadcaster's favorite character ranking to commemorate 100 years of Japanese anime history.
